WAR Is War Inevitable?

Depends on how you define war. Missiles flying between superpowers? Probably not. That doesn't work out for anyone.

We've been at war since the 1990s, most of us just didn't recognize it, with Jihadism (the degree to which they've been a pawn as opposed to independent agents in the Great Game 3.0 is a whole conversation by itself). As a self identifying and active opponent they've left and continue to leave enough bodies to qualify.

War is inevitable, it is, as was said, what we do.
We've been at war for ever now, anyway.
Conventional wisdom of what obviously lies ahead of us has proven wrong at least as many times as it's been proven prescient. Thus, I will tell you the future three days after it's happened; that is the only time it is truly clear, and sometimes, it is not, even then.

Still. It sure "smells" "looks" and "feels" like a huge game of musical chairs is going on out there, and have we ever, as a species, been able to reorder the power balance without a war? :: Shrug :: I don't know, I'm just the wait staff, after all.

Thanks, but I will just stick with the Bible. It tells us what is coming, and is without error. Pike may be right on some things, but he was a false, ungodly prophet. Christians should no more read him than they should be playing with ouija boards.

My first response with the title was "War with who". I don't believe we would go to war over oil, why, we have plenty ourselves. I'm sure the military complex types are breathless over the idea of war, but why in the hell would we go to war. Trump is a horse of a different color, thank God!

Oh, yes we would. Use somebody else's oil and keep our own as reserve.
Ever since we went off the Silver Standard (thank you Tricky Dick Nixon) we have strongarmed the world. That works til it doesn't.

Well, I do not think it will be war per se.

I think COVID and the pandemic was a in lieu of deal. I think if they continue to do the lock downs and release more virulent strains, war on an international level may not occur.

All bets are off if the three gorges dam fails. And partly why I think the Taiwan reclamation is a ruse due to Japan's interest in interfering and underlying threat of a secret Japanese nuclear strike against the dam. If the dam fails china will make everyone feel the pain, but, it really depends where folks and assets are when the show begins as it were.

Europe internally is looking at mini uprisings to gain some sane leadership. Most EU member nations are looking at ejecting a good portion of immigrants and place requirements of those that remains as a condition of staying.

Spain, Germany, and I think maybe france will be looking at pulling out of the EU due to negative impacts of currency and related taxation on top of out of control edict issuances that negatively impact local economies. Germany is most likely to be the first to withdraw.

If the EU collapses Italy is toast. Neighbooring countries will most likely place an block on refuges and will probably allow humanitarian supplies as things get sorted out. The endemic corruption is so bad that their economy has to collapse to fix untenable agreements.

Britain is getting very pissed at brussels and I suspect that they may go to a shooting war if the EU does not let up on letting them feel the pain, and we may join Britain in supporting them materially.

Russia is preparing for the coming grand solar minimum which was why they in part invaded Ukraine which is the core bread basket of Europe. Russia just wants stability. They actually In part want their people to fare well. They are bigger non fans of china more so than the MAGA crowd and that is in part why Trump got along with them as Putin had the same issues with his deep state that Trump had, investment compromising interests aside.

The African continent will continue to self destruct and will go to complete ruin. Their only hope is if three gorges fails and China decides to become their new over lords. I doubt much will be done to stop them as they would have strong contracts in hand and international lee way in what they do.

The middle east has always had relative instability. The the movement of the American embassy to Israel, and the coming move of the Mecca prayer block for the third temple. If that occurs it will actually create a fair and large amount of stability. China is going to probably end up taking over Iran and parts of Afghanistan and if that happens they will ensure a certain amount of stability. I would also say the same of Pakistan. China wants stability on as many fronts as possible

India will most likely rattle sabers with China as they have for decades. The same could be said of the Phillipines and Australia.

Any shenanigans from china will have issues. They are great a copying, but they are horrible at quality reproduction of that which they copy. They may have initial numbers, but I think their killing will be in kill codes in hardware of theirs that we are using, and the ability of their failed reproductions to maintain functionality. China itself is 40 years away from rotting away population wise to a country of nothing. If COVID actually took away 50% of their productivity with the initial virulent origins of the outbreak, 20% dead or incapacitated and then euthanized, and 30% to take over those that died and related family caretaking of members and businesses. Current projections state that in 40 years for every working Chinese there will be 6 needing support. They will most likely release another virus to take out their elderly that did not get taken out last time. I think that was the true origins of covid. Euthanasia of the up and coming useless eaters.

America, is preparing for internal civil strife. Whether it is due to the insurrection act being signed and military standing in awaiting the proper election of ruling leadership, or preparing for the invading hidden army of immigrants by the cartels and others to take over, or to falsely take out the extremist threat.

All in all I think it will be many, many, many civil wars and cases of increasingly violent unrest. I do not think it will evolve to a multinational warring state. I really think that China will release more contagions to try and thin their population. I also suspect they may release cocktails on the African continent that will clear out their viewed undesirable population segments. The problem is that such a contagion there would really screw with USA populations as many, many caucasion identifying folks have black ancestry and many blacks here have white ancestry be it irish or otherwise. I really expect some genocidal virus outbreaks or genocidal vaccines.
