POL Is Anyone Else Watching Fani Willis' Testimony - On Now, Fox, CNN, etc

It hurts to watch.

I have to interject here that front line criminals are usually stupid. They are chosen by the boss criminals to take the risks because they're stupid.

It's not race-based stupidity. Someone else who pulls her strings picked her for a lot of reasons, but not for her brains. A smart person steers clear of crime.

My brother used to work for Clifford Chance Rodgers and Wells in Manhattan. They hired a colored woman in the office because of affirmative action. She turned out to be a major slacker and total fuk up. My brother did a lot of her work. The superiors were pulling out hair trying to get her out. They were finally able to fire her by hiring another affirmative action colored woman to replace her. Only slightly better from what I heard.

Comments on her race and appearance distract from the gist of the issue.
You are right, but so many times, so many of us have seen this scene play itself out visually in the same way. But you are right….. :kaid:
Just like the above Electra post, a book by its cover and covered the same….
Covered by the MSM, who only sees one book cover….

The judge has gone overboard to shield Willis from in-depth questions. The questions are legitimate and Willis has never really answered fully.
Understand this. Judge McAfee is a never trumper Kemp appointee who was assigned as judge to this RICO trial to convict Trump pure and simple. Everything was in favor of no disqualification. That is until Fani Willis insisted on testifying. Then the shitshow began where she destroyed her reputation on the stand under oath.

Now Judge McAfee is now between a rock and a hard place. Does he disqualify her and ruin his career due to the backlash or simply admonish her and fail to disqualify. Failing to disqualify he becomes a laughing stock and has his reputation undermined also ruining his career. He to could be subject to disqualification. Two careers are now on the line, DA Fani Willis and Judge McAfee!

Oh, and if she is disqualified and subject to legal action, every persecution she was ever involved with comes under scrutiny and appeal. An even bigger disaster.

The key take away from this is that convicted or not convicted Trump has won!!!

Put a white, female lawyer on the stand using the same language, the same nuances, the same body language as Fani.
How long do you think that white female lawyer would be allowed to keep speaking let alone how long before that white female lawyer was found in contempt or removed from the case and the courtroom?

She keeps telling the questioning attorney not to yell at her. No one has yelled at her. She keeps interjecting and interrupting and he has to talk over her, but he's certainly not yelling at her. She just wants that in the transcript.

Typical blackskin behavior. Ever watch Cops live. They always start jaw jacking trying to trip up any questions … change the subject or cry they’re disrespected.

MSNBC's Michael Steele trumpets Fani Willis for having supposedly successfully argued what happened with Nathan Wade was "just an affair between two consenting adults...but it had nothing to do with the central thing which she brought everyone back to, we're here because Donald Trump's lawyers are trying to distract us from the fact that Donald Trump is the one who violated Georgia criminal law by engaging in efforts to overturn a duly-constituted election."

"[A]t 5:25 [p.m.], she is much better off than she was at 9:25 this morning and even more so from the time she first sat down".

Neither here nor there.
She's on the stand, an angry black woman, trying to control the narrative. "Poor me... I can't even enjoy my own home..." Says she pays cash for everything and doesn't have a checking account. It's definitely entertaining seeing her in the hot seat. She's taken some amazing trips with her Mandingo.

she's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and doesn't have a checking account? ummm yeah right... not. buying that story one bit.

It would be a tale for the corkboard, but what I've seen in court and behind the scenes is no different. Go ahead, get distracted by the non-issues. It's not helpful, but it is more fun, I guess.

Just my personal opinion: Anyone working for the government, say a DA, does not get paid in cash, at least as a payroll check. They, in today's society get paid by direct deposit. Which requires.................................a checking account. You may then draw it out in cash, but the point is, you need a checking account to get paid.

BTW back in the day, to even cash a payroll check you still needed an account with a bank, a checking account.

She may not USE the checking account, but she has one.

In the movie we're watching, we were told they'll be good actors. Some actors have to work hard to come across as a different persona than they are in real life.

Fannie doesn't. Perfect part for her.

Random thoughts.

She told the judge she was "surprised" the hearing was held at all.

Did someone assure her that the judge would throw it out?

She said she didn't hear any testimony, but she "ran to the courtroom" to testify without actually being called?

Did someone tell her Nathan Wade was an inexperienced liar, as well as inexperienced in other areas? Was she running to testify before Wade's testimony led in the headlines?

Was her outrageous behavior meant to get the judge to shut the hearing down right then and there?

Does the IRS have a category for cash created from "sweat and tears"?

How does cash in the thousands travel to a private residence? $15,000? My bank has forms if i try moving $10,000 or more.

Is gambling allowed in Belize? Bahamas? Aruba? Are directed winnings possible?

What about bitcoin transactions?

Did Nathan Wade tell his accountant that half of the Fani items on his credit card had been reimbursed in cash? Or were entire amounts on the cards listed as his expenses?

Is it possible it was simple money laundering or simple payoff? What if it wasn't really a sexual relationship? If a guy in trouble wanted to protect his wife and kids, would he make his wife a victim and give her a way to move to safety?

I wonder if anyone of public interest was in Belize, the Bahamas, or Aruba when they were there?

I never believed Strzok and Page had an affair.

Random thoughts. They want the emphasis to be on her. Don't bother with that part.

Could be a savings account. All of our direct deposits are into a savings account. Paychecks from several jobs over the years, and .gov checks as well. Never had an employer balk about what account the money goes to.
