In high stress guys forget to hold the mike for 2 seconds to capture the frequency, then talk. That’s exactly what the feed sounds like. We had $7000 Motorola’s and they sounded the same if you talked before the freq was captured. On p25 it switches Freqs like a trunked system. This is definitely a digital system so probably p25 at least phase 1.
