MULTIPLE people have reportedly been injured after a driver allegedly "plowed through a celebration" in Waukesha, Wisconsin.


The town was holding a Christmas parade this afternoon when the alleged incident occurred, with cops claiming shots were also fired.

A tweet from the @WaukeshaAlerts account indicated a "mass casualty" event.


"Mass Casualty Incident @ W Main St & N Barstow St 12+ FD units responding. 12+ PD units responding. Reports of many people injured after a suspect drove through the parade. Possible shots fired."


Kaylee Staral took to Twitter just moments after the alleged incident took place, tweeting that a "car just ran through the middle of a downtown Waukesha" Christmas parade.


Multiple accounts indicate that shots may also have been fired.



It is reported that "heavy police and ambulance presence" is on the scene.


The City of Waukesha Twitter account had been posting photos of the parade until reports of the incident emerged.


The investigation is ongoing at this time.

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) — According to multiple witness reports, the Waukesha Holiday parade area has been evacuated Sunday following reports of gunshots and a speeding vehicle in the zone of the parade route.


Sources tell News 3 Now’s news partners at CBS 58 that the parade area is currently being evacuated following multiple gunshots have been fired.

Around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Waukesha police posted on Facebook that a family reunification area is being set up at the Metro Transit Center by Bank Street.

CBS 58 News is working to confirm several reports of injuries.

Waukesha police tell CBS 58 that they’re in the middle of an emergency but don’t have details.

Our news crew is on the way to the scene of the incident and will report the latest as the situation as develops.

A woman who lives on Main Street says she saw the SUV barrel through a dance team of girls between 9 and 15 years old. She says the immediate reaction was silence, followed by screaming, running, checking on those injured.

We all know that attacks have taken place over the years, from all sides.

Doesn't have a darn thing to do with "narrative". What I heard said multiple times were threats and an active call for immediate action against whites and the entire system. Revolution.

ETA: it wasn't just black people making the threats, it was white marxists/communists antifa types too.


One of the comments even was about we should expect something similar happening to what happened tonight. An attack on holiday gatherings. Coincidence, I'm sure.
