We know who the red Ford Escape is registered to.

Is there any proof that the suspect was actually behind the wheel at the parade?

What happens if the suspect lawyers up and says the vehicle was stolen or that somebody else was driving his SUV?

I'm really curious how vigorously the authorities are going to prosecute this guy and how they are going to attribute a motive.

To my mind, it is domestic terrorism based on his prior statements.

After a good nights sleep...and some reflection on this...I'm pretty certain this one is just going to fade away.

I have plenty of family and acquaintances in the Madison and Milwaukee area. And I'm afraid this just isn't enough to break through the rabid wokeness and hate for anything resembling law and order. The higher academic centers in Madison and Milwaukee have completely brainwashed that part of the state thru its wokeness and outright communistic theology (and it is a theology) to the point where I believe the scripture Ro1:28 is completely celebrated and manifested throughout their society. The media will follow suit in its promotion of this theme as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear a story about some parent, TRUMP LOST bumper sticker and all, whose kid got mowed over by the perp and in the hospital, that just maybe their child deserved this due to their white privilege or some such nonsense.

Reminder - Waukesha officials have scheduled a press conference for 1:00 pm CST.

Let's see if this transpires on time and to what level the federal .gov agencies are involved.

I don't see how those agencies should be even involved since nobody crossed state lines to commit this atrocity.

Ya know, I don't recall one report where the police were in an active pursuit of the suspect at the time he entered the parade route. Where did that narrative originate?

Even if the police were in pursuit, so what? It's their job.

I will give bonus points for the policeman who got off three pistol shots and struck the marauding vehicle. I'm often critical of police inaction in other situations. Credit where credit is due.

That was a very snap decision under extreme duress coupled with decent marksmanship. The only problem is that he didn't have a rifle.
