While it is possible, the story is likely not true. It is close though. I heard from an unknown highly placed source that at the main government kennel a husbandry worker overheard two dogs bragging about their exploits. The first one mentioned that it nailed Putin's akita, Yume. The second one said that is impressive but that he did more than leg grinded Hillary Clinton.
