I buy all of my PM's from www. texaspreciousmentals.com. Awesome people to deal with!
They are sold out of many items, not too surprising! Also checked Provident Metals, they're pretty slammed, too.

Check out the prices on e-bay, Doug. You will be pleasantly surprised. So if I sold one oz I would be paid $21 spot price for it?
I don't know, to all of the above. When I explored Monex as one option back years ago when I got started at this, they wanted their customers to leverage up. I would not and we came to a mutual parting of the ways. Buy physical, pay in full, take delivery and store under your control is my "business model."
Trust is paramount in the PM business. I have done business with a number of people, Tulving included - and look what happened to him. At this point the only ongoing relationship I have that is not OTC (over the counter) is with Franklin Sanders and family - The Moneychanger
If you can, find a trustworthy local or even regional dealer and get to know them ... OTC is the best way to go. Be careful!
And then you'll be shocked by the fees that Ebay and PayPal will extract from your payout.Check out the prices on e-bay, Doug. You will be pleasantly surprised.
WOW! $30 an ounce? Dang, looks like I got in for $18 jit.Check out the prices on e-bay, Doug. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I'm not saying to buy or sell on e-bay. I wouldn't. This was just meant to be a picture of what someone believes this is worth, and believes there may well be buyers out there at this price. And then you'll be shocked by the fees that Ebay and PayPal will extract from your payout.
Oh, I understand. I'm just pissed by the high transaction fees involved in selling on that platform.I'm not saying to buy or sell on e-bay. I wouldn't. This was just meant to be a picture of what someone believes this is worth, and believes there may well be buyers out there at this price.

Take possesion
Pay Cash
I can't remember the third one
Served me well since I found this, don't know where and when.
Once the silver shorts step aside, look out. Glory days will return. Demand is high. Supply is low.
Hi. I'm William Devane, and I only by my gold from Rosland Capital.

It is possible that in America people might lean towards accepting only US coins. Because of that I only have Eagles.I have a question I've often wondered about. For those of you with far more knowledge and experience with silver rounds than I, is there any major difference between American Silver Eagles, and say, the Canadian Maple Leaf, or the Texas Silver Round, or an Australian round (love the Brumby), or a South African Krugerrand?
They seem to all be one troy ounce. Is the main difference more from a collector's point of view?
For silver from here on out your probably not going to be able to be very picky about what you buy. If it's available snap it up whether it is US, foreign or plain old rounds n bars. Gold is more plentiful if your just buying a couple of coins as for a lot of people gold is out of their ability to purchase in whole ounce sizes but the silver is going to dry up quickly because a lot of silver comes from base metal production and a lot of mining is halted or in slowdown because of the economic impact and Covid concerns among the workers.
The Canadian Maple Leaf coins are the purest gold and silver minted by any government. 99.99% pure.
Does that extra little purity matter? I don't know, but I can tell you this:
Over the years, I've only been able to purchase Maple Leafs in small numbers. Seems like people aren't cashing them in very often.
I agree that US currency coins are king, though.
Similar thing here, bought my first SAE from APMEX in 2008 with $100 a month in silver purchases over the course of several years...glad I did itMy first silver purchase was from a guy on Craigslist selling 3 tubes of Maples. I quickly realized how great of a score that was. That purchase opened up quite a rabbit hole, too. I quite enjoy my silver now.

Unloaded a little bit in 2011 when it was near $50 an ounce...bought a nice little beater car that I drove for almost 5 years. Resumed the ‘slow but steady’ purchases shortly thereafter...
That's more or less what I do...maintain a certain level/stop buying when it gets in the mid 20s/sell a little in the $30s - $40s if I need something...I'm glad I've been stacking as well. I'm not in it to flip it, but if/when it approaches $50 an ounce again, it's going to take some willpower to HODL. I suppose I should think ahead and decide what my minimum stack should be, so that I won't have to fight the urges to sell for profit.
