As I said earlier, I brought this in on your recommendation. Got up yesterday morning with a nasty cough and problems from a sinus infection. I brewed up some of this tea and by noon I was noticeably better and by evening I was just back to the sinus problem, but even it seemed a bit better.

I am so glad to hear it! I swear by mullein tea now and will always have some in my cabinet.
It makes me want to learn so much more about natural remedies/herbals!

DD's office does curbside tests for their patients who think they might have covid, flu or RSV. They were averaging 1 or 2 a week in Oct. Today they had 9 positive. I'm not sure of the breakdown between Covid, Flu and RSV in these 9 positive.

All the previous positive patients have been back to normal in a week or less.

Info about Mullein at Mountain Rose Herbs says to filter it well as the small hairs can cause throat and mouth irritation. They say even the extract they sell needs to be filtered before use.

I saw that but you can find this in tea bag form, as well. Thats what I have in my Amazon cart

There’s also a brand of tea you can buy at the grocery that has Mullein IN the blend already.
I believe it’s one of the Yoji ( Yogi??) teas? I believe it’s called respiratory immunity blend but I’m not home right now o check the label.
I have a box and forgot about it until I went digging around the other day.

Edit: it’s called Breath Deep by Yogi brand
I didn’t drink much of that one because it has a fake sweetener taste but I did buy two boxes last winter
