LEGAL Hanging of 'Truck Nuts' Grows into a Free Speech Debate

The point of the truck testicles situation is this,

Should we have laws that prohibit obscenity in public?

Are sexual organs considered obscene?

Should displays of obscenity be protected under free speech?



I do not think obscenity should be allowed in public, and I think sexual organs to be classified as obscene.

Morality is declining in a thousand more serious ways than truck balls.

You want to have something difficult to explain to a 5 or 6 year old. Try going to Disney in late May and early June during Disneys Gay Days.
150,000 gays and lesbians converge on Central Fl Disney and not all of them are well behaved.
There is less sex at the Boot Hill Saloon on Daytona Bike Week than on the old Pirates of the Caribean Disney ride and kids aren't finding used condoms everywhere.

I had been passing over this thread since it was posted. Finally had to look because I had no idea what the heck Truck Nuts could mean. Sorry I looked. LOL Never heard bull testicles called that and never heard of them being hung on the back of pickup trucks. My BIL had a coon dick hanging from his rear view mirror. Said it was some manly hunting thing they do in Texas or something.
