ALERT Gold Confiscation Act in the Works

IF the confiscation program goes through, although one might say that they will just hide their gold, one has to look at the reason for keeping it in the first place. If you expect its value to grow in "dollars," well, if it becomes illegal to exchange it later on for dollars (dealers couldn't sell/buy it without being arrested), then that reason in shot down. It will be a dump your gold for cash while you can program. So, unless the public recognize gold as having actual value (being exchangeable for dollars or goods) than it may as well be rocks. People will only barter with it if it can repeatedly be used as a currency or exchanged for one. One can only hope that one's investment in gold will work out for the long-term, after the collapse of the regimes in power and reclamation of our country by its people.

The government hopes the people will collapse and totally give in to it, and the people hope the government will collapse. What a terrible state of affairs to have to live in!

Drugs are illegal too, but people still buy and sell it.

Personally, I fail to see why the US Gov would give a damn how much gold you had. What for?

In 1933, whole 'nother story. People were trading in their paper, taking the gold out of the banks and putting it in their mattresses. That causes deflation. Last thing that FDR needed. So off the gold standard.

Today, your ownership of gold and what you do with it has no economic effect.

Unless I missed it, I didn't see, on this thread, that the pre-1933 gold coins were exempted from confiscation, by FDR. Since so many people in high places collect numismatic coins, dealers I have talked to doubt whether the govt. will confiscate them. However, the dealers say it is possible that bullion could be called in.

And, what about people who bought those big bags of junk silver....those are different from the collectible silver coins, like the Eagles. The Junk silver is still recognizable as currency, and I doubt they would be confiscated! Not to mention the weight of a bag of silver is really heavy---dunno how the gubbermint would try to get that away from people!

Note that this verse is taken from before the fall of Adam. I believe the Lord intended for us to use gold and silver for mediums of exchange, but like all things made for our benefit the dragon's kingdom has taken it and perverted it and attempts to use it against Yahweh's children.

I believe that when we are instructed that "the love of money is the root of all evil" that what we are supposed to take from that is that if we do not love Yahweh, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit MORE than money we will serve mammon and not God. When you serve mammon the ethical and moral framework that comes along with loving God more is thrown out the window and the lust for more wealth and power becomes the impetus for every sin imaginable.

As far the gold and silver confiscation I sincerely doubt it will be done. In 1933 gold was considered real money (as it should be). The fed and the federal.gov needed to eliminate the paradigm gold was real money. It could not be accomplished over night as gold has been seen as real money since the earliest days of human commerce.

So they took the gold from 'we the people' to back frn's, and then later decoupled gold and frn's after folks had used them long enough to consider them real money.

The other reason for the confiscation is that WW1 saw the US take massive amounts of gold out of Europe; to the victor the spoils. The European ptb allowed the temporary exodus of their gold understanding the fed would return it to them. Which they did.

The vast majority of the world's gold is controlled by tptb and what little is in people's hands is not going to be viewed worth going after.

That's my opinion anyways.

I agree with what you said, but:

The evil ones were here a very long time before the Garden, which was a protected state which the devil did trespass upon, fooling the inhabitants and causing the fall. THEY wanted the gold to keep themselves alive in their realm, the evil ones, that is, and their realm is obviously not here. Yet they still take the gold, and corrupt people with it and money and lust for power and control. Ever wonder where that missing $3 trillion in gold under the towers ended up?

After the Garden fell, everything was subject to the devil's influence, as it remains today. Had we stayed in the Garden, gold would still be good for our use. It's not anymore. There is no soul in The Machine to use money/gold for ANY good human/God purpose. People think they can be above this, but it's not possible.

Not the way things are today. The Machine rules and corrupts everything it touches, and we all are touched by it, whether we want to be or not.

It's like this: if you are part of it, you are part of it whether you think you're better or not, whether your motives are purer or not.

I was suddenly in a section of Hell, and it was ENDLESS walls of false gold. Why would that be tucked in the 2,300 pages of the health care bill? It is there because the bill isn’t about health care, it’s about government control!!!! We are living through a Marxist/Socialist takeover of the United States by progressives like Pelosi, Obama, Reed, Frank, Dodd and et al. The radical left cannot win elections or pass their agenda with the full light of day shining on them, so they are trying to jam everything they can into the bills before they lose their majority in Gongress. This is truly the tyranny of the minority.

Will The Government Confiscate Gold Again?

The US Government has done it before and legal precedent, no matter how disingenuous, is favored in the law. Don’t doubt this for a second, if the US Government is forced to back the US dollar in a credible fashion, this may be their only alternative. “Quantitative Easing” could easily paint the government into a corner where they have no other alternative but to devalue the currency to the point where they would have to link it to gold before the currency collapses.

Yes, it's OK for us to disagree, sounds like we are just at little odds on some points. The problem is the bad guys outweigh the good guys in a greed system such as this on earth. And there's really no way to stop perpetual greed, if there is a desired THING.
