INTL Global Income Tax, they called it a "bailout" and we fell for it!

My sister and I just came to the realization that Americans have been scammed into agreeing to a global income tax through this "BAILOUT" DEAL.

THAT is why we are not seeing the money loaned out to American businesses and those wanting to buy homes and cars. IT IS BEING GIVEN FROM THE TREASURY TO INTERNATIONAL BANKS...actually privately owned pockets. Which is EXACTLY the SAME place an International income tax would go. Under the PRETEXT of course of rich nations helping poor nations. OUR money would flow INTO those banks but NOT out of them to any third world nations.

Well, they KNEW we would not buy into that, so they set it up to DO THE SAME THING under the PRETEXT of helping the struggling economy....OUR economy. And, likewise it is a pretext to ROB us. They are doing nothing to help anyone except THEMSELVES.

Didn't you listen to Paulson yesterday? He said that they were going to give the money directly to the banks meaning we won't ever see one dime of that money that they promised we would at least have some toxic loans that might have some value later on.

We didn't fall for it, it was forced on us by congress.

Yes the majority of We the people were against it, but they were busy taking care of us. Because We the people just plain don't know whats good for us.

When Paulson knew the bailout was heading to debate in Congress and saw that 90%+ of Americans were against it, he gave $270 Billion to European Banks before the debate on the $700 Billion even opened on the floor.

And it's not a dem versus repub issue, its a dem/repub party versus America issue.

Aw, hell. I refuse to spoon feed people. Adults should have the ability to look up corporate ownership,(THEN look at the ownership of the listed owners) their subsidiaries, what regulations they are subject to and who they serve. You should be able to pull up where the bailout money is listed as payed out to. You should know how money comes into existance through the FEDERAL RESERVE, what the federal reserve really is, who IT serves. You should know how the Treasury gets the money it pays out and how it is REPAID. You should know what part the world bank, IMF, and the bank of international settlements plays in global money shuffling. You should be aware of United Nations economic strategies regarding America. You should have COMMON SENSE and be able to see that just because something is not called a rose it doesn't become something else if you call it a dandelion. You should be able to see the BIG PICTURE and ignore how you are directed to misunderstand what you see and see it for what it REALLY is and how it obviously, effectively works.

Tell you what. Just imagine a big rowboat with a complement of haughty bankers ordering Mr. Paulson to put a rope around the neck of a few dozen of those American workers drowning in the waters around them and drag them over to the rowboat, have them hang on to the outside and reach in and bail out the bankers boat till each American, in turn expires from exhaustion, drowns and is replaced by another American in distress to serve those bankers so their shoes do not get damp. It's their patriotic duty, don't you know? I wish I was a political cartoonist.

I didn't think it was a secret that money was going to international banks, at least some of it (most of it perhaps, remember there really never was a fixed amount and estimates were that it would be into the trillions), there were many a thread discussing the proposed bailout and what little details we could get.

Lovingly dubbed the "no bank left behind act."

Americans however didn't agree that I know of, it was forced upon us, despite overwhelming opposition by the people.

We are absolutely following the way and desires of the rest of the world on this one, they consider this, our fault -- fault of capitalism (capitalism is dead) with BO at the helm, it is a done deal.

And, just before the rah-rah G-20 meetings of this week on the Global Economy, President Bush spoke today, strikingly defensive of our previous free market system. Message there for sure, BO btw, supports a plan that dovetails with the EU's.

I never was much a New World Order/One World Government type beyond finding it interesting and thought provoking, certainly the biblical implications, and several layers of tinfoil -- but, tinfoil not needed anymore, the foundation has been laid, that is as good as done.

The proposed Global Poverty Act, there's another one that has new tax (national or international) written all over it.

Who's "we?" A lot of us didn't "fall for" anything - we were completely against this from the beginning and said so loudly to anyone who would listen (and many who didn't).

We The People as a whole "fell for it" and promptly re-elected almost all incumbents who voted *for* the bailout against The People's will, back into office. No uproar, nobody in the streets, nobody at politician doorsteps, nothing but a few days of grumbling and it's all back to "normal" now....
