The other thread made me want to post this poll. Before continuing, note that in this software (unlike our old vB software) it is impossible to look up who voted how on polls. They are completely and securely anonymous. That being said, do you own a ghost gun? Do you have the ability to MAKE a ghost gun?

This is a multiple choice poll.

Since I don't know what a ghost gun is, I voted other. I assume since I don't know what it is I don't own one. Does my late dh's pellet gun count? I'm sure it's not papered. Or my son's old BB gun that got confiscated back in 1978 due to his being an idiot with it? It's not papered either.

I'll bite.

First, see Impro Guns

Also see Richardson Philippine Guerilla Gun

Please note than many inexpensive rifles and shotguns from major manufacturers before 1968 had no serial numbers.

ETA - Since I don't know what a ghost gun is

"Ghost gun" is a libtard/MSM soundbite term, used to describe a non-serialized gun made at home, and like 'assault rifle' intended to frighten non-gunowners.

They will enforce this Ex Post Facto and get your data from the Credit Card Companies.

Why would they not use one unconstitutional method prevent them from gather data on your constitutionally protected rights?

All throughout America's history people have been making their own guns.
I know most of you assume that "ghost gun" means an AR rifle. But I assume it would mean any gun without a serial number or home-made.
I was a gunsmith for many years. I made a couple guns for myself. They were not ARs and I do not own an AR and never have.
I would guess this dictator ruling would mean every gun. They can kiss my butt.
If I stop posting maybe you can read about me on a news site.

I have seen strong men cry in the face of their own government's power.
True, however we're talking about thousands of 'ghost gun' owners, and millions of non 4473 gun owners. Sooner or later, the word will get out if uncle fed starts getting nasty and you'll see folks (physically) ban together over this issue.

They will always go after the least common denominator, in order to sound reasonable and nice. Divide and Conquer always works with morons.

Never used a card for gun related purchases.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Divide and Conquer, get the memo?

So it's safe to assume you are not a strong man, moron, socialist, trade unionist, or Jew... huh? :chg:

I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of nuclear weapons on US ships of war.

I....am the weapon, everything else IS secondary and after the fact. You do not want to delve into my bag of "devious deeds and dastardly devices." I am not a ghost, just merely a shadow. Something that flirts on the side of your vision. There, but not there. Something, but not something.......yet............

I can be your best friend....or worst enemy, IT is your choice.

BATF is going to have to upgrade their vehicles after Thursday...

Thinwater, as a BATF licensed firearms manufacturer, would you be exempt from the ramifications of 'ghost gun' ownership?
Nope. I make all of my toys at my own separate, private hobby machine shop. I don't mix making my own toys with the licensed shop even now, all bad.

We will FLOOD the country with low priced, high quality, AR15 lowers if they ban our 80% products. We will find dealers to do $10 lower transfers and crank out 300-500 a day.

Faithful Steed
I filled out Owner's boxes.

He has the ability to make a gun
He has an unregistered rifle from his grandmother

I also filled out the tragic boating accident since multiple answers are permitted. Only thing different is Owner would claim all his machine tools SANK the boat - never to be seen again.

"Horrible loss" he would say shaking his head. And then he would smile...

Credit card companies do not have that information.

We do not know WHAT you bought only WHERE you bought it. So yea, we know that you bought something at Cabela’s or the local gun store but we do NOT know WHAT you bought.

We know the card # and 4 pieces of information: the ISSUING BANK that the money comes from when you spend it, the MERCHANT, as in Cabela’s or whoever, the ACQUIRING BANK, where the MERCHANT banks which is where the money will be deposited, and the AMOUNT of the transaction.

That is all of the info about the transaction we as a credit card company get on our end.

The merchant’s point-of-sale system (POS) is a whole different matter in regards to what it might collect and keep either locally or centrally at Cabela’s headquarters for example.

GOD, is the only one, that has the power to do anything against his children !
Come on, man. :)
Accidentally forget you are open-carrying and walk in post office to get your mail.
You'll be picking gravel out of your face for days after your detainment. They'll offer you a plea you can't refuse or you'll rot in a cell.

I understand you're probably talking eternal consequences. He was probably talking earthly consequences.
You both can be correct, but why the need to show the distinction here?
