I lived in Japan for 7 years, starting at age 40. Took me a good while to become comfortable with driving on the "wrong" side of the road. Then, when I returned stateside, it was nearly as difficult to switch to driving on the correct side of the road. Several oopsies.And drive on the wrong side of the road.
When I worked a summer job as the bookmobile driver( a converted BlueBird bus), I got some discarded maps like those for my bedroom. I was always a big map guy. Still am.
