As many of you know, I did duck for D-Day, er, T-Day. But I didn’t have enough pan drippings for much gravy. So, I picked up another duck today. I’m going to boil it down for broth, portion it out and freeze it, so I can make gravy once in awhile. The fresh ones were all gone (they closed-out) so I had to get. Frozen one, which is thawing in the sink now.
There is NOTHING like duck gravy. And this time, I can dice up the meat and toss it in as well.
