Denninger takes the 'red' pill

Ghod, did you watch that garbage?

If you haven't -- you need to. I know, if you're either uninterested in politics, or you're a Republican, you probably didn't and won't.

These people want you dead, enslaved, or both and they don't much care which it is.

This isn't typical political polarization, which not only isn't news it isn't new either. This is much, much worse. It is rabid, it is spiteful in the extreme and it comes with a willingness to inflict violence if you disagree.

The now-closed-out impeachment of Trump is symptomatic of these fools, but by no means is it exhaustive and that's dangerous.

I'd leave aside that they've outright threatened to kill people on hidden cameras and all over the Internet (and that Twatter ignores said threats) but that would be unwise. If there's a saving grace in any of this it's simply that most of the protagonists are "Pajama Boys" and, as I've noted before, are unlikely to have better than a 50/50 chance of correctly figuring out which is the business end of a firearm.

Unfortunately firearms are actually fairly poor ways to kill large numbers of people effectively and without immediate blow-back.
Dispossessing someone of everything is quite effective at killing someone too, either in terms of realistic outcomes or in actuality.

Let's just take one example: Vindman. He and his brother were fired yesterday. The facts are that all military officers serve at the pleasure of the Commander in Chief. That's the President. End of discussion, full-stop right there.

The facts are also that Vindman was pissed off that Trump did not "adhere" to his talking points for the Zelinsky call (he testified as such) and he tried to falsely modify the transcript after the fact but wasn't able to because it had been placed on a system where he had insufficient credentials to make changes. That decision on the part of the White House was a smart one as it thwarted his intended actions.

The left, including the people on the "debate stage" last night, went after Trump for firing Vindman despite it being a fact that he not only had every legal right to do so he had every ethical and moral right to do so. Insubordination is an extremely serious matter and to treat it as a civil right rather than an outrageous act of misconduct belies the fact that in the Democrats mind there are no standards at all provided they get what they want, and anyone who opposes what they want is worthy of immediate and permanent personal and professional destruction.

Folks, if you think they wont kill you if this pattern is not stopped you're wrong. They most-definitely will. They will either do so by dispossessing you of your property and ability to earn a living if that's insufficient they'll do it physically.

Better wake up folks. These people don't just disagree with you.

They want to kill you if you won't convert to their political religion -- and this is no longer a tiny fringe on the outskirts of the left. It is the mainstream position of essentially all viable candidates attempting to gain the Democrat Presidential nomination.

Are you sure about that?
Good. The realization needs to spread more and more. The Left sees themselves as Neo-Bolsheviks, and we're the Kulaks. Or Nazi's vs. One Big Warsaw. No more free Warsaws.

Denninger makes sense once in a while, then he tends to jump the tracks and stay there for weeks/months. He used to be everyday reading, but I gave up on him a long time ago.

Me too. Think he mostly gets it, but his delivery is rather hostile to his intended audience.

At least in this respect he gets it. So does DW, finally. A couple weeks ago she said pretty much the exact same thing. Bout gave me a heart attack. Love it when people get truly woke.

Be careful, Groucho, or Dennis is gonna call you names :D

Lowers have been as low as $25 for blems in the recent past, there is no excuse for not having a plentitude of AR goodness at hand these days. More mags and ammo might be of more use to some folks than more rifles however.

If you are referring to me, for the most part I reserve my invective for those who induce me to spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars at PSA. The real rat bastards....

Dennis, I don't recall if I mentioned this to you lately, but you really need to spend more money with PSA. They have a couple of hot deals going on now!

You can only shoot one at a time. If I went overboard on the long arms or pistols I wouldn't have storage food or the myriad of other items one needs for long term survival. I got a few pistols a few shotguns, a few carbines and a few rifles. Need a primary and a backup and for me that's about all I can sanction.

Maybe he will start to notice the predilectoin of a certain desert tribe to write articles that encourage White people to do things that are not conducive to the future of White children.

You name it, if it's anti-White, anti-family, and anti-Christian they're all up in it.

Remember folks, in 1933, for absolutely no reason whatsoever, the Germans elected Hitler. No reason.

Karl, bless his heart. He still believes that standing up and letting your voice be heard will make any difference to those who would batter and destroy the constitution. While I have often agreed with what he says, I get so tired of being blamed for the actions of others by assuming that I, and others of like mind, have let things get this far due to 'inaction'... when the only thing that will change the mind and heart of the socialist/communist is the 'real and imminent' threat of annihilation.

He hasn't gotten to that point yet and neither have I.

Agreed. He tends to talk down to the people that visit his blog. He accuses them of 'doing nothing'. And yet what is he doing besides a blog or podcast? Everyone does what they can and avoids sticking out like a nail looking for a hammer until the right 'time' comes. That time is different for everyone. For me if they leave me alone I'll leave them alone. If trouble seeks me out then I'll handle it at the time but I'm not looking for it either.

Yep, plus he beats the blame everything on the "greedy" medical industry way too often. Far too many of his posts revert back to the same tired rant.

the only thing that will change the mind and heart of the socialist/communist is the 'real and imminent' threat of annihilation.

Even naked on their knees, looking down into a pit half full of their dead comrades, with the muzzle of a pistol at the nape of their neck, THEY ARE STILL COMMUNISTS. Let them back on their feet and they will prove it.

The ballistic lobotomy is a pretty reliable cure for communism, however.

Can you refute his argument? When there are 10 people working in billing for every person who actually provides healing care there might be a problem. The expansion of same IS a problem. It will swamp the Federal budget within 4 years. You can't argue math. I agree he is a curmudgeon at times but I'm a lot worse in this regard!

yea, denninger seems to lean towards CW2 a lot harder than in past years, same for many of his forum posters. the worrisome aspect of that is that he's is quite intelligent as are many of his following, and some of them represent a fairly wealthy segment. still he said there is the general strike option, and the kick the bums out of their political offices option which should be done before a CW.

re the medical mafia industry, I couldn't agree more with his views. whether the world as we know it will end in a few short years because of the medicare cost exploding the federal budget... what he says makes sense but there's probably more to the overall arguement than his point of view. I understand his frustration and it is easy to say "the people don't care and aren't doing anything about it" but it is also an inaccurate statement.

Karl has the correct gripe, but has targeted the wrong business. He focuses his ire on the medical business instead of on the government who is the root cause of the problem.

Let's say you have a business and you are going along just fine.

Next thing you know, the gibmedat culture is born from the Johnson era and now you have big government stepping in to tell you how to run your business.

They tell you that in order to stay in business when you accept government money, you have to accept everyone that comes through your door and the government will pay you ten cents on the dollar for every purchase a certain class of people makes in your business and you can't charge them more. You take the ten cents as payment in full or we shut you down.

They then tell you that they will pay you thirty five cents on the dollar for every purchase another class of persons make. The same reimbursement rules apply, you take the thirty five cents as payment in full for a dollars worth of product or we (the government) shut you down.

You protest, but the government says... if you want to stay in business and retain your existing customers, you must follow our rules... and our rule book is only a couple of million pages in length... but don't worry, if you make any small infraction of any rule, we'll discontinue paying you and claw back everything we have paid you for the past year or two.

But what about my regular customers that you do not cover, you protest? The government says we're not worried about your regular customers, they can fend for themselves. But you say, I can't charge them a fair price anymore because you have been underpaying me and threatening to take every dime of what little you have paid if I make any small mistake in my accounting.

The government says, 'sucks to be you'.

And we wonder why health care costs skyrocket for those of us that are not on the government dole (and even for those of us who have already 'pre paid' based upon what items should have costed).

Remember, we are now in the 'baby boomer' era where there is an over abundance of folks in the thirty five cent reimbursement class that still expects a dollar's worth of product and we wonder why the cost of the product keeps rising?

That's why 'cash only' medical care businesses can charge a reasonable rate. They take zero money from the government and from the government regulated insurance business and work strictly on a cash only basis bypassing all the rules and regulations and associated costs related to government mandates revolving around the financial aspect of their business, and guess what... they're still in business and reflects the business model Karl envisions for healthcare.

Government is the problem and has driven up costs. Keep the government out the financial aspect of your business and you too can charge a reasonable rate, make a modest profit, and everyone is happy... except for the government.
