CORONA Costco Social Distancing- Directional Isles are back!

I don't remember the Costco in TX ever having directional areas. But some of checkers were wearing paper masks a couple of weeks ago.
Where I work, which is not in retail or working with the public, about 30% have not quit wearing masks since 2020, even after the company stopped requiring them. In fact last week, several asked our HR dept to order more masks to have on hand for them. In other words, all of these are already accounted for 2024 Biden voters.

Two weeks ago, my two youngest grands missed a day of school because they had pretty nasty cold symptoms. On Monday, my oldest grand felt rotten and had a 101 temp. We tested him for covid - positive. My DD is a teacher and has to wear a mask. My SIL works for a private company and had to stay home for two days. The younger grands don’t have to wear a mask or stay home. No rhyme or reason to the rules.

Unfortunately, all the other stores in my area did the same, or worse. It was a directive from the stupid state, with fines for companies who did not abide by the rules, and fines if too many customers flaunted the rules. Except for the gun stores. They said no masks! I'm not sure how that worked with the state. They didn't seem to care.

It was interesting that the state said you could go into a bank with a mask, and a concealed weapon. Because . . . well, because.

My sister in law visited family a couple of weeks ago. Her sister and brother in law felt like they had allergies. Then she and another brother got the same symptoms. They tested positive for Covid. Her neice, niece’s boyfriend and their two month old baby also have Covid. My mom visited my sil for 15 minutes before she tested. She caught it as well. My brother got it despite lysoling the entire house. And now I believe I have it. Even though I tested negative twice. I’m the only one not vaccinated and I’ve had the least symptoms so far. My mom said she felt like she might die. She has no smell or taste now, but is doing better. She’s fully vaxxed and boosted. The funny thing is that my entire family lectured me about getting the shot so I wouldn’t give Covid to our mother. And now they are the ones who ended up getting her sick. Everyone is on the mend. Including myself and I’ve really only been sick with cruddy cold symptoms for a couple of days. I feel like tomorrow will be better. I’m not in the mood to play games at Costco. I will not renew my membership if they try that here again. My boyfriend cut his card the last time they did this.

I think I've been in Costco once since I moved back up here. (7 years now). Never did like going in there. I use their website, because they still deliver direct to the house (UPS/FedEx) where as Amazon ships to the PO, and we all struggle with cases of paper products.

Our better yet, hit em where it hurts and take your hard earned dollars somewhere else.
For people who have the time....If you really want to hit them where it hurts, go get a membership and make a a huge shopping trip. I mean HUGE! 4 or 5 of those big carts full. Doesn't matter what you buy, just grab random stuff all over the store.

Then after you check out walk straight to the front desk and tell them you want to return all the merchandise and want a refund of your membership fee. (They will refund you)

And tell them why.

It's will take them hours of employee time to put all that crap back up.

Actually, I make my own.

One of my culinary skills. Along with disassembling Costco chickens, and fudge. I also make mean mashed potatoes, and deviled eggs.
And mine does have beans. I add extra. Adds octane, y’know.
Come to think of it, gonna have some for breakfast. Get my day started right.

Folks and friends, something IS coming, the narrative is strengthening, compliance by companies is enlarging. Whether it’s CV or some new toy these satanists have designed, it’s coming. We don’t have a seat at the table where the rules are derived. We can only accept or reject them. There are consequences to either choice, as the knight so eloquently stated to Indiana Jones, “choose wisely”.

Don’t! Be in your face non compliant. Don’t claim medical or religious rights. Just say f@&k you
I was there yesterday, no problem here.

I was kicked out during the plandemic for not wearing a mask. So that's exactly what I did, I pointed to each of them (there were 3) and said, "F@ck you, fu@k you and fuc@ you!!" Then I left.

Can't wait to go through this shit again...

DEPLORABLE ME
In the Walmart where we mostly shop at, you couldn't get in the door without a mask, last time, but I always pulled mine off after I got in. Got some funny looks but no one ever said anything.

DH and I wore N95s when the videos from China first came out and it had hit the west coast, but we quit about the same time masks were mandated, lol. It had became apparent that it was not that big a killer.
