According to author the bill calls for gun registration in the Common wealth of PA. The actual bill is read.

It puts significant restrictions on gun sales and transfers, negates reciprocal CCW, adds tons of intrusive paper work, limits who can have a firearm, permission from the State Police must be obtained to allow application for registration. Unless locked or in use guns have to be dissembled. $10 per firearm application fee must be renewed annually(?). Has anyone else heard of this? This video is the first I'm hearing of it.

Big City Legislators thinking up ways to keep Law Abiding Citizens from excising their 2nd Amendment Rights by doing everything they can to make it More than Difficult to obtain firearms. This is a big flop and it is far too reaching. Required Personal Information, plus overworked State Police. This is Not NJ.

What the hell is wrong with this country?

As an American citizen who served this nation here and abroad, in peace and war, I should be able to go anywhere in this nation armed to the teeth for my family's protection. And enjoy all this great nation has to offer.

But no,.the dumbasses in this nation have balkanized the whole damn thing. My right to freely travel is gone, in fact all of my constitutional rights have been infringed upon in one way or another.

Can I load up my family into a beautiful camper/RV and just travel from sea to shining sea, from the northern border to the southern?

No, not without having to deal with inumerable risks, this state or that I could go to prison for this or that object. Not for commiting a real crime,.but for owning some FORBIDDDEN object or for voicing the wrong opinion about some deviant behaviour.

I am in effect a political / idealogical prisoner inside the nation I risked my life and sanity to protect. How's that for grattitude?

So since I can be put in a cage for any number of dumbass reasons, I choose to stay in one of my own making. Other states will never get my tourism dollars, my family will never get to experience those other little interesting places and people, and the walls will continue to close in.

Yeah, it sounds pessimistic,.but then again it is true.

At $10 per gun it would seriously erode my ammo budget. I wont be registering anything, ever. Screw these ass holes. I just keep buying and making more guns. I gave one to a family member who is a serious lifetime hunter but he did not have an AR15. I made two 16" the same last month so I gave him one when he came down to visit. Since I gave away three AR's recently I will have to build at least three more now.
