Ask your local LEOs where they shop. Went to a local "cough, cough" pawn shop, known to be frequented by local LEO and walked out with 3 large boxes of ammo, 2 new holsters and a sweet new 9mm today. They even had the elusive 22 shorts. I was impressed.

There isn't any shortage of shotgun shells in the farm stores in my area including buckshot and slugs.
If there are any around you I would give them a try.

Been a while since I used any S&B but it used to be the cheap blaster go-to for three gun shotgunners years ago. I bought cases of it. Soft lead pellets, no to poor protection in the bore, a wad that smelled like an old mattress burning when you shot it, probably the widest possible patterns. But cheap.

Ammoman is good to deal with IME.

Folks, you should note that I just put a MEC 12 gauge shotshell reloading press (with supplies) for sale in our "Swaps & Sales" section. This is a good deal and is worth a look if you need 12 GA ammo.

This is not what I'd call a deal, but SGAmmo has 12 gauge, 2-3/4", S&B #4 buckshot. It's $180 per case of 250 and they show inventory of 3 cases.

Also, if desperate for 20 gauge slugs, SGA has 2 options in stock:
