Everyone sure is trying hard to prove they are not racist. I've been around TB for a while and I know many on here are, and I mean many. If you are too lazy to look up what Obama has done and accomplished and just want to go with the flow of the conservative (independents), throw away your vote or, again not do your research and vote McCain, you deserve what you get. IMHO

I don't know what you've been researching, Tisha, but his voting record alone (versus what comes out of his mouth) speaks for itself.
It really has nothing to do with race, but there's no convincing irrational and desperate for socialism dems of that.
I don't care WHAT he's supposedly done. 143 days as an "active duty" senator is not enough time to be competent to lead this country IMO.

Sounds like a woman I was recently speaking with. She 'loves' Hillary and would have voted for her except that Obama being 'black' (like the candidate himself, she pretends he isn't biracial, but a 'proud, self made black man' ---- her words) is her SOLE reason for voing for him!!!!???
Pointed out the her that his background wasn't impoverished; he hadn't been born to a poor, illiterate teenaged welfare mom and that his educational background and life ha been very privleged and that he can't show one single serious thing he's ever done ...... But he as have many before him, has done very, very well for himself by playing the race card ......

I will never vote for him ever. He will raise taxes, he will try to pass the most strict gun control ever thought of in the United States. He will destroy the military. He will not allow drilling for oil in our own country. Will not allow the expansion of coal use or nuclear power plants. I believe he is a pocket muslim.
