EBOLA Alarm after vomiting passenger dies on flight from Nigeria to JFK

A plane from Nigeria landed at JFK Airport Thursday with a male passenger aboard who had died during the flight after a fit of vomiting — and CDC officials conducted a “cursory” exam before announcing there was no Ebola and turning the corpse over to Port Authority cops to remove, Rep. Peter King said on Thursday.

The congressman was so alarmed by the incident — and by what he and employees see as troubling Ebola vulnerabilities at JFK — that he fired off a letter to the federal Department of Homeland Security demanding more training and tougher protocols for handling possible cases there.

The unnamed, 63-year-old passenger had boarded an Arik Air plane out of Lagos, Nigeria, on Wednesday night, a federal law enforcement source said.

During the flight, the man had been vomiting in his seat, the source said. Some time before the plane landed, he passed away. Flight crew contacted the CDC, federal customs officials and Port Authority police, who all boarded the plane at around 6 a.m. as about 145 worried passengers remained on board, the source said.

“The door [to the terminal] was left open, which a lot of the first responders found alarming,” said the source.

“My understanding was that the passenger was vomiting in the seat,” King (R-LI) said.

“The CDC went on the plane, examined the dead body and said the person did not have Ebola,” King said.

“It was what I was told a cursory examination. The Port Authority cops and personnel from Customs and Border Protection were there, and they were told there was no danger because the person did not have Ebola,” King said.

“But their concern was, how could you tell so quickly? And what adds to the concern is how wrong the CDC has been over the past few weeks.”

why in the flying frick can they rule out ebola so soon?

i remember back when this all started, it would take 2-3 days to get test results back.

now they can do a cursory exam and rule it out.

sure sounds fishy to me. this whole thing.

I really think that God is personally giving the POTUS ample warnings with this plague. .....and obviously Obola is flat out IGNORING those warnings. ...the POTUS, I believe, is about to receive some serious WOE for ignoring the Father. I would not want to be around Obama in the near future. ...

They probably didn't see the typical blood oozing from many places at death. BUT... there is no rule that says a victim has to survive long enough for that to happen. If he had a weak vessel in the brain he could stroke out before blood leaks from his capillaries. Just my silly guess.

So that body is never going to be tested? Just think of all the people exposed in this case--he vomited in his seat. Plus the Port Authority cops will be exposed, too.

On The Level
Because people vomiting and dying on planes during an ebola outbreak has always been a common occurrence.

Let's face it, our government officials are never going to admit how bad this is. For one because of the panic it would create and that the country would come to a screeching halt. Second the powers that be want to destroy America and Americans. They'd be happy to have several million of us die and then step into the vacuum created.

Where is the body? Someone should start monitoring the people who disposed of or stored the body.

This country is doomed.

Seriously considering bailing on the whole mess..Tahiti sounds good.

This is gonna get out of control quickly, and there's no way to protect against it short of leaving the country.

Question how hard is for people from the US to leave the country right now?

NO ebola, nothing to see here, move along

Really!

I have to wonder if some of these authorities want to not just pass the buck but toss the hot potatoe into someone elses lap so they can go home after work and not worry about it.

Rememer, there still is some people in the med. profession who are in lockstep with what the CDC says. So they aren't too worried about this yet and don't want to deal with it.

They just want to go home after a long days work and have their dinner and put on their jammies. They Don't want to deal with Ebola just yet. V

This is really getting beyond the pale!!! We have all bought into the idea that our superior accessibility to healthcare and protection would save US from Ebola. Well neither our hospitals, health care providers, health advisors, or CDC, or city, county, state, or national institution are responding to the Ebola crisis in a superior way.

You think martial law would really work. Ya think!,,,?

There is so much bureaucracy that no one is in charge.....wait a minute let's see what the boss says and so forth up the line.

Everyone has to use their own common sense. I think things have really gotten out of hand. You can only depend on yourself from now on out. We spend billions to fight wars but this war is going to literally kill US.

Just look back a few months ago, and see how this has spiraled out of control.

Years ago, they may have been able to have kept an upcoming epidemic
from the public, but not now, no matter how hard they try.

The only way that ebola has been stopped in the past, is it burns out
on its own due to all of the hosts having died, and with border controls,
and quarantines.

They will allow any and all that want to come into this country, from
the west African hellholes, and of course from the non southern border.

Diseases that the American people usually do not have to deal with,
are here now, and it is only going to get worse, much worse.

Fasten your safety belts boys and girls, it is going to be a very bumpy ride.

Be safe everyone.

Regards to all,
Nowski

Moses first plague -- turned water into blood --- the body in 90% water - Ebola turns the body into a liquid blood by liquifying the organs -- go figure -- there's more to come --
the second plague

The reason the CDC said they did a cursory review and said there wasn't Ebola would go against a few comments they stated during the hearings today. 1st, the stated planes from African West Coast couldn't be stopped was because they wouldn't be able to monitor those coming and going from Africa. Second, and a huge dot, they said that the borders in West Africa are too porous and that people are constantly coming and going from different parts of the region and they would just migrate to places in Africa where they could leave. Third, they said there are no carriers that fly directly from West Africa to America, those planes originate and fly to Europe before departing to America. And lastly, WHO recently said that Nigeria is with in days of being cleared Ebola free. If this gentleman was found to have had Ebola it would throw a monkey wrench into the situation.
This is a cover up of catastrophic proportions. We are being lied to that when most people stop believing the CDC, WHO and the governments of this world, we might all be dead.

All I can figure is the CDC already knows it's too late and there was no point in quarantining the passengers. All it will do is scare them and send the masses into a panic. Maybe they have already run out of nurses and doctors that will moniter these passengers.

Apparently now vomiting and dying in front of scores of confined witnesses isn't enough. One has to explode in a giant bloodbath like a True Blood vampire before CDC will acknowledge anything unusual. And the day after that's reported, even that won't register.

The speed of denial is astounding.
