Some good coupons and good sales help a lot this week.

Krusteaz pancake mix-1/1 w/circular coupon--2/1.49
progresso soup-1.25 + .50/2 coup---2/2.00

Let's see, pancake mix is a great price. Pancakes are good with lots of stuff besides syrup. Need the mayo for all the tuna. The price on the chicken is fantastic and that is the cheapest I've ever seen Ramen noodles around here. The chili and the soup are good additions to the "ready to eat" category. The oatmeal is also a good price after coupons and a nice addition to the breakfast category.
Here's a quick and easy recipe for using the peaches:
1 Jiffy yellow cake mix and 1 can diced peaches (the kind in cinnamon are best)
dump cake mix into a 8x8 pan--drain juice from peaches into the cake mix and stir until well mixed--add peaches and stir to cover--put in 350 oven for 20? minutes or so, until med brown on top--best eaten when warm-cake will not slice, but you scoop it out, delicious with ice cream or cool whip
I think I could make this easily with my new Coleman oven.
Any good sales in your areas? I'm getting the feeling I need to have all of my prepping done soon, so I've been busy organizing and inventorying stuff to see what I am missing. Hope you are too.
