Made a few loaves of rustic bread. I used Gold Medal Semolina flour and Fleischmanns yeast.
Recipe is very simple:
6 1/2 cups flour,
1 1/2 tsp yeast
3 cups tap hot water
2 1/2 Tsp sea salt
I like to prove the yeast, so I add 1 tsp sugar to the water and then mix in the yeast.
