Couldn't the electrical repairs just be a damaged/broken pole or wires due to where the car ended up? I haven't heard if they crashed it before fleeing, or not. Seems to be the usual ending under hot pursuit in heavy traffic.

There was a picture of the car, several pages back.

I hadn't hit a pole.

The SITUATION and INVESTIGATION can Both be fluid as officers are rotated in, to the precinct and debriefed as to what might have been seen or otherwise given to officers. They could still be gathering basic info, as well.

Could have taken branches down... "overtime branches" that got "overlooked" when they were trimming trees. REAcommon in the big,, foreign owned companies. Not the rural cooperatives... they were part owners and benefitted from lower costs just like everyone else.

IF this is determined a deliberate terrorist attack, by any dedicated group, they should be identified, apprehended, interrogated, verified, and along with all perpetrators and enablers, TWEP. ...keeping them from being "a grouped target" made me wonder if that gave any further reason to worry it was terroristic threats that they feared were ongoing or still present...
