Second question: why wasn't she vetted before she was sworn in? (assuming that document is real)
Third question: will anything actually be done about it? Nothing was done about Obama's fake birth certificate.

Legally speaking, the assertion in the OP is correct. These days however, simply being born in the US is considered sufficient. That raises the specter of a Chinese person, born here then taken back to China, could run for the office.

This is how Boris Johnson was a "Natural Born" US citizen (even though he didn't know it) and his student parents didn't know it either.
It was only when the IRS decided they wanted Boris's money in "back taxes" and the "sale of his Mother's house" that he found himself in a mess.
One that was really only sorted when the State Department realized he was likely to become the UK Prime Minister and did they really want an international incident.
Boris kept screaming in the UK, when asked about this: "I am trying to give up my US Citizenship, but they won't let me!"
These days, the US does not let you leave until you pay them off, first any taxes they "deem" you owe and then you pay a couple of thousands of dollars (always going higher every year) as an "Exit" tax.
If Kamala isn't a Natural Born Citizen, Boris's lawyers can take the USA to the cleaners in public!

If they decided she wasn't a natural-born citizen, the IRS would have to make a full apology and refund all of Boris Johnson's taxes as well as have a public apology from the State Department to Boris and the United Kingdom.
I don't really see that happening, Obama's case was much vaguer and hinged on his actually being born in the US which his grandmother in Kenya said he wasn't. Yes, I know there were other issues, but if it could have been proved he was board overseas, then the Supreme Court would probably have had to rule on it.

IF she was physically born in Oakland, California as recorded she's a Citizen. The way the law's interpretation is makes her automatically a US Citizen.
So as much as we can all wish that the intent of the original authors and congress critters who made the 14th amendment was enforced which means she is not a US Citizen, it ain't going to happen.

The OP is wrong.....if Kameltoe was born in the US....then she is automatically a US citizen and thus a "Natural Born" US citizen and eligible to serve as POTUS. Doesn't matter that her parents were or were not US citizens. At least not the way the law is written now.
With the communist democrats in control best say Russians and hope they change the immigration and citizenship laws ASAP. As it is right now the democrats seem to like the Chinese.

Meemur, I'm with you on this, nothing is going to happen, They shoved it in our face and we fought and lost because of the press, and the rest of the communist. They will turn a blind Eye to this until the new Birth Certificate comes out, that someone who really knows how to use Photo Shop post's showing she was born in Hawaii to Robert & Mary Harris who's parents lineage go all the way back to the Pilgrims, whom had settled in Hawaii in 1493.

I'd expect it's either a misrepresented rule, false document, or a desperate effort to drum up her likeability factor and support by trying to breathe life into some old Orange-man-and-his-followers-are-bad nonsense, so that people might find of a spark of interest in supporting her.
