Actually I would bet most of, if not all of us, have plans for either outcome. As for Rush, last I heard he was not being invited to the sessions being held between Trump and his lawyers, nor Trump's allies meetings.
For me, I am keeping prayers and hopes, yes hopes, up to Trump's 2nd term and the correction of many of the other stolen races from this election. I don't expect it to be realistically attempted without involving the US Supreme Court as it needs to be a decision not constrained with several state boundaries, it needs to be across the complete country where fraud occurred. And it will take time, so I knew it could be even till Jan 20 before something can be finalized, at least for the presidential office. Other races cold take longer to correct in this scenario.
Now, on the other hand if fate rules that the communist will take over ..... then what is my plan? Well .....continue my life as it is now and learn to live under a socialist government as I believe the vast majority of the population will do. Living in Texas will protect me from some of the SJW crap coming down the pike.
I don't believe there will be CW2 or guerilla CW2, nor will the country balkanize.
Instead, this country will sadly morph into a socialist agenda life which we would be stuck with for some time due to crooked politicians and hoax elections.
I'm a vet as well (8 years in all), but not a wartime one, so I'm fully aware of that side of the equation.

I've been critical of the man but I'm 100% with him. He loves America and will stay at it until all options are exhausted and then he just might get creative. I just can't help to think the man knows the Republic is over without him.

They will satisfy the requirement of a 'preponderance of evidence', and at a minimum an honest judge will order discovery.....I think that the population of ballots has been so tainted, that the only option is the 12th Amendment....WITHOUT BIDEN HARRIS BEING ON THE BALLOT AS THEY WILL BE INCARCERATED.

What electoral fraud? THIS electoral fraud!
Two very interesting analyses - one statistical, one technical - have surfaced over the past couple of days. I think they show beyond reasonable doubt the extent of the electoral fraud that was perpetrated in the 2020 Presidential elections. I submit that the onus is now on those who say the election was legitimate to disprove these analyses - and I think that's going to be very, very difficult. If President Trump's legal team can arrange to get this sort of information before the Supreme Court, I can't see how SCOTUS can do otherwise but invalidate the results of the elections in at least the states discussed in these documents.
The first report is from a SubStack account calling itself "Vote Pattern Analysis". I don't know who's behind it, but it provides exhaustive detail about the raw data used and how they were analyzed - sufficient for any statistician to check and/or reproduce its findings. Here's a key excerpt. Bold print is emphasis in the original.

The second analysis comes from a sworn affidavit by Russell James Ramsland Jr., who describes himself as "part of the management team of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC (ASOG)." The company has been involved in detailed analysis of the Dominion vote tabulation software used in over 30 states during the recent elections.
Mr. Ramsland's evaluation is damning in a number of respects. The online file has been set up so I can't directly copy text, but I can screenshot excerpts from it. Here are three. I urge you to read the affidavit in full to put them in context.
How anyone can read those two analyses and still claim, with a straight face, that no electoral fraud took place during the 2020 Presidential election, I absolutely do not understand.
Joe Biden was not elected President of the United States. The vote totals were manipulated to give that impression - but it's false. I can only hope and pray that the truth is recognized and enforced by the United States Supreme Court before it's too late.
Of course, if it does reach that high, then the possibilities for criminal investigation and charges become much greater. Don't forget that Rudy Giuliani, heading President Trump's legal team, was a US Attorney during the 1980's, and spearheaded the assault on the Mafia in New York City. He was instrumental in using the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act against organized crime. Look at what he said at a news conference last week. (Bold, underlined text is my emphasis.)
Does that sound to you like a lawyer who's thinking hard about applying RICO's provisions to those responsible for electoral fraud? It sure does to me!

Won't matter how many people don't like it if the communistic soulless bastards take the WH. They will have the power of the government and "law" behind them:
- There will be no more valid elections as in that case they will be able to implement the fraud voting system into the rest of the country.
- Talk of Trump being elected in 2024 or any actual conservative being elected is a pipe dream as it will all be uniparty approved.
- They don't even need our active participation in voting as they will just make up the numbers they see fit and the propaganda slaves will regurgitate that on demand.
- The traitors will control all means of communications so any though of using electronic methods to organize any type of a resistance are a pipe dream as that will be censored as it is in Mainland China, who are their masters.
- As that recent video of 8 cops taking down a single guy for curfew violation shows, there will be plenty of willing drones to enforce the dictates of the new masters.

If DJT does not hold the White House in 2020, then any hope for the ZUSA surviving the globalist assault is fleeting. Good morning, kids. Midweek and with the day before Thanksgiving upon us, the news seems to be getting more dispiriting and disheartening as time goes on. No, I'm not giving up hope that somehow Trump will prevail, but the direct political descendants of those who unleashed Kolyma, Birkenau and the Killing Fields are in the ascendancy right here regardless of who is sworn in this coming January 20th. We dodged a bullet to the neck and a tumble into the figurative (and perhaps literal) mass grave four years ago, and had history repeated itself, as it most certainly was going to until a water main break in an Atlanta basement somehow caused six states to vault Polident-Elect Biden into the lead, it only would have bought us maybe four more years of a reprieve. No doubt with double the impeachment hearings, double the foney-Phlu lockdowns and worst of all, double the duplicitousness of an alleged opposition party that is completely dead to me, but a reprieve nonetheless.
Let's face reality; Sinclair Lewis' It Can't Happen Here has happened here. America as founded, as we had imagined or perhaps deluded ourselves into thinking it was, was snuffed out on November 3rd. We can thank President Trump for that, and I'm not at all being sarcastic. In fact, it's probably the greatest achievement of his presidency. By being an outsider and refusing to be subsumed by a sea of corruption and criminality whose purpose was - is - the generational enterprise of dismantling this country and our society and delivering its corpse to a Globalist cabal with Communist China on top, he forced its agents to reveal themselves for who and what they are to a heretofore mostly unaware citizenry. The domestic and foreign policies that he was able to enact, with virtually zero help if not resistance from the late GOP, not only were triumphs but served to underscore what complete and disastrous failures the self-proclaimed Ivy League, Skull and Bones, internationalist "elites" had been strangling us with since the end of the Second World War. And he rubbed their faces in it on Twitter with exclamation points.
Yes, we are not just in a post-Constitutional America but we are on the verge of being in a post-America America. The question therefore is, Trump or no Trump, what are we going to do about it? With virtually every political, legal, academic and cultural institution now thoroughly corrupted, there's nowhere to turn. And as was made abundantly clear three weeks ago, we're not voting our way out of this. I'm sorry if I'm being depressive, especially on the eve of a day when we traditionally give thanks to G-d for both the blessings of our table and for the ability to live in freedom.
