Last week Rep. Louie Gohmert told Chris Salcedo on Newsmax that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.

We later posted more information we received from our source on this raid in Germany.

From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.

The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. Floyd County’s Board of Elections on Thursday voted to terminate its Elections Director after officials discovered thousands of uncounted ballots during the statewide audit.

As reported by TGP’s Kristinn Taylor, the statewide recount of votes on the presidential election over the weekend revealed that in Floyd County, Georgia over 2,600 votes were not counted due to a server error, allegedly by a Dominion tabulating machine.

The found votes reportedly favor President Trump almost two-to-one, cutting Joe Biden’s approximate 14,000 vote lead by about 800 votes.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Monday evening immediately called for the elections director to step down.

On Thursday, the board met for a special meeting and fired Floyd Chief of Elections Clerk Robert Brady.

Floyd County‘s Board of Elections voted Thursday to fire its executive director after elections officials discovered hundreds of ballots were left uncounted before the county’s initial certification.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R) will not accept the election results until all court cases are settled.

The Arizona GOP and the Trump campaign are suing to keep Maricopa County from certifying its results arguing there were many cases of voter fraud and irregularities.

AZPM reported:

Gov. Doug Ducey said Wednesday Arizona’s election is not over until all of the court cases are settled.

“There are legal claims that are being challenged in court and everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election,” Ducey said.

State law gives Arizona counties until Nov. 23 to certify the election. Each county then sends its results to the secretary of state, who has another 10 days to certify the vote statewide.

Do NOT count upon the GOP to do ANYTHING sensible/moral with regards to the 2020 election mayhem - the DNC and the GOP are merely two sides of the SAME corrupt communist political COIN.

To be sure - there will be some individual bright spots "stepping up," from both the Democrat and Republican political establishment/participants - who believe that our Constitution and Bill of Rights are far more important than partisan politics - but you will not find the GOP leading the charge in any meaningful way - they have far too many dirty hands/members/players to be able to grab THIS steering wheel, at this time.

No! In this case it is only a state issue and must be put before the STATE congress. That result is sent on to the Federal Congress and if there is an issue still at that point, then the Federal Congress gets involved. Other wise it is a rubber stamp.

If you count the lawful votes, Trump won in Wisconsin. If you count the legal votes, Trump wins Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes.

Fisher said, “Well, that was certainly a colorful news conference, but it was light on facts. So much of what he said was simply not true or has already been thrown out in court. He opened by making this really bold and baseless claim that a lot of this alleged inside voter fraud he is referring to all came from one centralized place. He called it a nationwide conspiracy, and yet he failed to provide any hard evidence to back up that one specific claim, especially when it cuts to the core of the democratic process.”

She continued, “In Pennsylvania, Rudy Giuliani claimed fraud in Philadelphia, but he said in court, and I quote, ‘This is not a fraud case.’ So what he is saying in public — not under oath — is different from what he said in court. Moving on to Michigan, where the Trump campaign dropped final federal lawsuit just this morning after two Republican canvassers in Wayne County now say they want to rescind their votes to certify the election. Giuliani said they dropped the lawsuit because the state did de-certify, but that is not true. The results were certified in Michigan on Tuesday, and Biden won.”

Fisher added, Now up on that stage with Giuliani was a big poster with the headline ‘Multiple paths to victory,’ but Giuliani never credibly explained a single path, let alone multiple ones. The fact remains that the Trump campaign has yet to provide — at least in court — hard evidence of voter fraud and irregularities widespread enough to overturn the outcome of the election and to effectively challenge President-Elect Joe Biden’s stance as the president-elect.”

9 Key Points from Trump Campaign Press Conference on Challenges to Election Results

Rudy Giuliani and other lawyers representing President Donald Trump’s campaign outlined their case Thursday that the Nov. 3 presidential election was so deeply flawed in several key states that the results should be overturned in the president’s favor.

Giuliani said there was a pattern to the alleged irregularities in key states that suggested, he said, a “plan from a centralized place” to commit voter fraud in cities controlled by Democrats.

He said widespread adoption of vote-by-mail had allowed Democrats to take big-city corruption practices nationwide. “They picked the places where they could get away with it.”

Here are the key allegations the lawyers presented:

1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened. Giuliani said that many mail-in ballots were opened without observers being able to check that they were properly signed, a key protection against fraud. Those votes, he said, were “null and void,” especially where the envelopes had been discarded, making recounts useless.

2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties. In Pennsylvania, whose state supreme court created new, relaxed voting rules before the election, Giuliani alleged that absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not.

3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them. Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in Pittsburgh were submitted by people who showed up to vote in person, only to be told that they had voted already. He alleged that Democrats had filled out absentee ballots for other people, hoping they would not show up.

4. Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots. Giuliani cited an affidavit from an official who swore she was told not to exclude absentee ballots for defects, and to backdate ballots so they would not appear to have been received after Election Day, to avoid a Supreme Court order to sequester those ballots.

5. Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines. Giuliani said that there were 60 witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots being “produced” quickly and counted twice or thrice. He said that a minimum of 60,000 ballots, and a maximum of 100,000 ballots, were allegedly affected.

6. Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first. Giuliani noted that Wisconsin state law was stricter regarding absentee ballots than most other states are, yet alleged that 60,000 absentee ballots were counted in the Milwaukee area, and 40,000 in the Madison area, without having been applied for properly by the voters who cast them.

7. There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems. Giuliani said there was an unusually large number of overvotes in precincts in Michigan and in Wisconsin, which he alleged was the reason that Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had refused to certify the results there this week. He also alleged that there were some out-of-state voters in Georgia, and people who had cast votes twice there.

8. Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros. Sidney Powell argued that U.S. votes were being counted overseas, and that Dominion voting machines and Smartmatic software were controlled by foreign interests, manipulating algorithms to change the results. Powell noted specifically that Smartmatic’s owners included two Venezuelan nationals, whom she alleged had ties to the regime of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro. The legal team alleged that there were statistical anomalies, such as huge batches of votes for Biden, that could not be explained except as manipulation — which, they alleged, happened in the wee hours of the morning as vote-counting had stalled. (The companies have disputed these allegations vigorously.)

9. The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted. Jenna Ellis argued that the media, had usurped the power to declare the winner of the election. She made the point, citing Federalist No. 68, that the constitutional process of selecting a president had procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence.

Giuliani said that the campaign believed that enough votes were flawed — more than double the margins between Biden and Trump in key states — that the president had a path to victory.

Giuliani presented evidence in the form of sworn affidavits, citing two and noting that the campaign had many more from private individuals.

He noted that several lawsuits that had been dismissed had been filed by private individuals, not the campaign directly. He said lawsuits might be filed in Arizona, and that the campaign was also examining irregularities in New Mexico and Virginia, though he said he did not think there were enough disputed votes in the latter.

Giuliani also took on the media, arguing that they had provided misleading information and condoned threats against Trump’s legal team.

Top Republicans on the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees Jim Jordan (OH) and James Comer (KY) flagged recent reports of 2020 election voting irregularities in a letter on Wednesday, and urged the committee chairmen to hold a hearing on them.

“We urge you to immediately convene hearings to examine the integrity of the 2020 election amid troubling reports of irregularities and improprieties,” they wrote in a letter to Chairmen Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and Carolyn Maloney (D-NY).
“Given your role as leaders of a political party that spent four years baselessly calling into question the legitimacy of the 2016 election with debunked allegations of Russian collusion, you owe it to all Americans to fully examine allegations of actual election errors and misconduct,” they added.

In the letter, Jordan and Comer noted a 29-page report they released in September highlighting how Democrats across the country were pushing last-minute changes to state election laws and procedures. They wrote:

We warned that these dangerous initiatives would increase the risk of election-related crimes and errors, undermine the integrity of the electoral process, and cause lingering uncertainty about the results of the election for several days or weeks after Election Day. Democrats ignored this report, but many of our [predictions] have unfortunately come true.

They wrote, for example, how the Democrat majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in September “unilaterally extended the deadline” to receive mail-in and absentee ballots by three days after Election Day, and directed that ballots received without a postmark would be presumed to have been received in a timely manner.

“We warned in our report that this change would create ‘considerable risk for uncertainty and litigation’—and it did. Litigation about this last-minute change is currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, and Pennsylvania is still counting mail-in and absentee ballots,” they wrote.

They also highlighted allegations that local officials in some Pennsylvania counties restricted the ability of campaign watchers to properly observe officials processing absentee and mail-in ballots as they were reviewed, opened, counted, and recorded.

They also said said Democrats refused to clean up outdated and inaccurate voter registration rolls at the same time California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed legislation in June that required election officials to hold an all-mail election.

They said after California began mailing ballots out, reports surfaced of voters receiving duplicate ballots, multiple ballots containing different versions of their name, and receiving ballots that belonged to someone else. One California county election official said in his county alone, “1,200 voters will get double or even triple ballots” and another official said “t is common to receive more than one ballot.”

In one Los Angeles county, approximately 2,100 “faulty ballots” were sent to residents in Woodland Hills that repeated a list of state propositions twice and did not include a way to vote for the president of the United States.

In Georgia, they said, recent events also raised concerns. For example, they said, during a state audit, county officials unearthed over 5,000 previously uncounted ballots. Specifically, on November 16, 2020, Floyd County found 2,600 uncounted ballots that were scanned onto a memory card, but never uploaded into the initial ballot count, and on November 17, 2020, Fayette County discovered 2,755 uncounted ballots, and most recently, Walton County found 284 uncounted votes.

“These serious concerns give rise to the urgent need for congressional oversight of the integrity of the 2020 election. Our committees must conduct oversight hearings to ensure that Americans have faith in the integrity of our election. We ask that you work with us to schedule and plan these hearings as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request,” they wrote.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) said Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Live” that there was “no legal avenue” for two members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers to reverse their votes.

Benson was reacting to Monica Palmer, the Republican chairwoman, and William Hartmann, the other Republican member of the four-person Wayne County board signing affidavits late Wednesday, saying they want to rescind their votes to certify the county’s election results.

Palmer and Hartman initially voting against certification then later voted for it after hearing from outraged voters on Tuesday.

Benson said, “Well, notably, there are a lot of protocols in place under which the canvas and the county board meet. It has to be an open meeting. There has to be a vote taken, there has to be an adjournment. All of those things lead into an official certification, and all those things have happened here. So there is really no legal avenue for any type of overturning of that.”

She continued, “That doesn’t mean — again, this has been par for the course —you won’t see a PR strategy to try to sew seeds of doubt and create confusion about the process. But the law is actually quite clear on this. Every county in Michigan has certified the results following a post-election canvas. That certification has now been given to the state Board of Canvassers. They are scheduled to meet on Monday to formally certify the state-wide electors and move forward from there.”

Nolte: Top Pollster Finds 47% Say ‘Likely’ Democrats Stole Election



Only 50 percent of likely voters say the 2020 election was not stolen by Democrats, while 47 percent said it is likely Democrats stole the election.

There are polls and then there are poLoLs. Fox News, New York Times/ Siena, Washington Post/ABC, Quinnipiac, NBC/Marist, Reuters/Ipsos, Monmouth, Politico/Morning Consult… Those are all poLols — totally useless liars and propagandists who have gotten three election cycles so horribly and deliberately wrong, only a fool would pay attention to them. Liars. Damned liars. PoLoLs. Get away from me with your poLoLs.

And don’t even get me started on that useless clown Nate Silver.
Based on their track recorded — you know, actual merit, I trust IBD/TIPP, Susquehanna, Trafalgar, and Rasmussen… Those are pollsters. Those are polls. And when Rasmussen tells us a whopping 47 percent of likely voters believe the Democrats stole the election, I am confident in passing that along.

“How likely is it,” Rasmussen asked 1,000 likely voters between November 17-18, “that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure Biden would win?”

Only 50 percent said it was not likely, while a whopping 47 percent said it was likely.

Not at all likely: 41 percent.
Not very likely: 9 percent.
Somewhat likely: 11 percent.
Very likely: 36 percent.

There’s another way to look at this… only 41 percent are certain the election was not stolen from Trump.

The partisan breakdown is not exactly what I expected with 75 percent of Republicans — 75 percent! — saying it is very (61 percent) or somewhat (14 percent) likely the election was stolen.

Get this… 30 percent of Democrats — Democrats! — say it is very (20 percent) or somewhat (10 percent) likely the election was stolen from Trump.

Of course 69 percent of Democrats say it is not at all (61 percent) or not very (8 percent) likely the election was stolen from Trump. Still, that 30 percent of Democrats who say it was stolen is pretty remarkable.

On the issue of whether Trump should concede, 61 percent say he should, while 33 percent say no.

Eighty-four percent of Democrats, 37 percent of Republicans, and 59 percent of unaffiliated voters say Trump should concede. But 57 percent of Republicans disagree, which mean they want him to keep up the fight.

When asked the all-important question of whether “your friends and neighbors think Trump should concede,” only 51 percent say yes, while 30 percent say no — 18 percent are unsure.

The reason the “friends and neighbors” question is important is because America’s top pollsters believe that question is a more accurate reflection of the true intent of the person being surveyed. Now that we live in an increasingly fascist country where roving bands of left-wing Brownshirts will either get you fired, or blacklist you, or physically assault you for supporting Trump, people have become shy about telling pollsters the truth of their Trump support. So…
Let me repeat this…

Only 51 percent say Trump should concede.

Democrats and their media minions are losing the public relations battle, and losing it badly.

Someone still needs to explain to me why four deep blue cities — Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Milwaukee all of a sudden stopped counting when Trump was in the lead. Never in my life have I seen the counting stopped like that. And when the counting restarted, Will you look at all those Biden votes!

So until the votes in those states are audited in detail with transparency, I will never completely accept the outcome of a Biden victory.
