I have truncated the URL links for the videos previously linked in other posts. Otherwise, the post would bog down in loading. Just add the preface https://www.

Rudy and Sidney get into the fantastical and difficult to prove claim of foreign counting etc. They should drop that IMHO.

They have the affidavits to prove fraudulent election practices.

I believe the standard to prove fraud is the "preponderance of the evidence." They are almost there if they can show enough votes/counts were tampered with to effect the outcome of the election.

Trump Campaign Withdraws Michigan Lawsuit After Wayne County Certification Reversal

Thu, 11/19/2020 - 16:45

Update (1030ET): The Trump campaign has withdrawn its lawsuit in Michigan, citing the decision by two GOP members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers to rescind their votes to certify the election.

"This morning we are withdrawing our lawsuit in Michigan as a direct result of achieving the relief we sought: to stop the election in Wayne County from being prematurely certified before residents can be assured that every legal vote has been counted and every illegal vote has not been counted," said Trump campaign attorney, Rudy Giuliani.

Meanwhile in Wisconsin - on Wednesday night the state Elections Commission agreed to recount ballots in two counties following a request by the Trump campaign.

"An order will be issued mandating that the recount take place. This is not a discretionary decision. This is simply what will happen," said Chairwoman Ann Jacobs (D) during a Wednesday hearing via video teleconference.

GOP Commissioner Dean Knudsen says he believes the commission should issue guidance over ballots which had corrections made to witness addresses.
"They’ve essentially filed in advance a mass objection to all such ballots, that in this era of pandemic, and all our concerns for public health, and so on, it’s kind of ridiculous to have the observers have to be close enough to see each one and object individually to each one, when instead, we could give guidance at the outset that says, ‘hey, those need to be set aside, because those are going to be under litigation," said Knudsen.

Democrat Commissioner Julie Glancey pushed back, saying "I don’t necessarily think that as a commission, we should be pre-determining what ballots are going to be questioned or what envelopes are going to be questioned. That’s not our position."

In a stunning development out of Wayne County, Michigan - two GOP members of the Board of Canvassers have rescinded their certifications of the Nov. 3 vote, claiming they were bullied into approving the election results in the state's most populous county, which includes Detroit and surrounding areas.

Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer (R, left) talks with Vice Chair Jonathan Kinloch before the board's Nov. 17, 2020 meeting in Detroit (photo: Robin Buckson via The Detroit News)
Their initial refusal to vote placed the Board in a 2-2 deadlock, putting in jeopardy the state's ability to certify Joe Biden's win. Hours later, the two flip-flopped and agreed to certify. Now, they're taking it back.

"I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections," wrote Monica Palmer in a sworn affidavit, who along with fellow GOP board member William C. Hartmann refused to certify the election on Tuesday. The two fell under intense pressure from the left - with Palmer claiming that her family was threatened (via Just The News). The two were also doxxed over social media.

"The comments made accusations of racism and threatened me and members of my family," continues Palmer's affidavit, addimg: "The Wayne County election had serious process flaws which deserve investigation. I continue to ask for information to assure Wayne County voters that these elections were conducted fairly and accurately. Despite repeated requests I have not received the requisite information and believe an additional 10 days of canvas by the State Board of canvassers will help provide the information necessary."

Hartmann, in a similar affidavit, wrote "I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified." He added that he and Palmer "were berated and ridiculed by members of the public and other Board members."

"The public ostracism continued for hours..." he continued - next describing how he was told by Wayne County attorney, Janet Anderson-Davis, that "discrepancies [in the vote] were not a reason to reject the certification," and that he only voted to certify "based on her explicit legal guidance."

"Later that evening, I was enticed to agree to certify based on a promise that a full and independent audit would take place," he said - only to learn on Wednesday that state officials had reneged or would otherwise not honor the audit.

As JustTheNews' John Solomon notes, "It was not immediately unclear whether the Tuesday night compromise was binding or could be changed, or whether the two members' decision to announce their rescinded votes would stop Michigan state officials from proceeding to name electors."

Watch: Trump Campaign Legal Team Exposes "Massive, Well-Funded Effort" To Destroy American Democracy

Thu, 11/19/2020 - 14:10

Update (1400ET): Well that escalated quickly. In a length and detailed press briefing, the Trump campaign legal team detailed allegations and evidence surrounding claims widespread election fraud responsible for stealing hundreds of thousands of votes from Donald Trump.

As Sharyl Attkisson reports, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani alleged the evidence shows Trump was elected in a "landslide."
"This is real. It is not made up. There is nobody here that is engaged in fantasies...I can prove to you that he won Pennsylvania by 150,000 votes...The people who did this have committed one of the worst crimes that I've ever seen or heard."
- Rudy Giuliani
Among other matters, they discussed sworn affidavits filed in court.
During the presser, Giuliani also said there is a pattern in the voting data that suggests “a plan from a centralized place” to commit voter fraud in Democrat-run cities. Giuliani also said the Trump campaign will likely bring a lawsuit to Arizona.

They also said they have testimony from an insider who they say unearthed provable fraud regarding voting machines and software used in multiple states.

They describe a process of vote switching as well as "trashing" Trump votes through a simple drag and click process.

Additionally, they say this election involved a manipulation of the ballot count in a foreign country.
"This is a massive, coordinated, well-funded effort to deprive we the people of the United States of our fundamental right under the U.S. Constitution to preserve this Constitution republic we all cherish."
- Sidney Powell
And they describe multiple incidents where the number of votes cast far exceeded the population of the public in that county, including children.

Democrats deny there is any evidence of "widespread fraud." They and the news media have broadly called the election for Joe Biden and urged President Trump to concede.

Surprise, surprise, not everyone was buying what Giuliani and Powell were selling.
“You are watching the last gasp of this legal effort by the president,” Wendy Weiser, director of the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice, told ABC News.
“This has been a flailing legal effort that hasn’t raised any real issues from the get-go. We all knew how this movie would end. If I was writing the screenplay I would end it here.”
Below you can watch the entire news conference and hear the claims of evidence to make up your own mind as to what you think about it.

* * *
As we detailed ahead of the press briefing, with many questioning where this going next, though JPM's Michael Cembalest admits there is still a chance, President Trump's legal team is holding a press briefing to outline their strategy.

In one post in a stream of tweets, Trump said the legal team will give an “important news conference today” and that they will explain their plans for a “very clear and viable path to victory”.
“Pieces are very nicely falling into place,” the president tweeted.
By one count, Trump campaign legal efforts to overturn election results or force recounts have been successful just once and suffered 26 defeats... so for the 70 million-plus Trump voters, we hope that Giuliani has a trick or two up his sleeve.

Meet Lord Malloch Brown: The British Hand Behind The Coup To Oust Trump

Thu, 11/19/2020 - 02:00
Authored by Matthew Ehret via The Strategic Culture Foundation,

Throughout the four-year drama of Russiagate, the hand of British intelligence has revealed itself continuously...

From the obvious role of Sir Richard Dearlove and his former MI6 underlying Christopher Steele who together played a driving role in shaping the dodgy dossier, to their involvement with Oxford Rhodes Scholar Strobe Talbott in composing, promoting and marketing the fraudulent dossier to targeted members of Congress and media, to British Ambassador Sir Darroch caught “flooding the zone” with British intelligence assets to shape Trump’s perception of the world, to the array of British entrapment operations that targeted Michael Flynn as early as 2014 in London… wherever one looks, the hand of British intelligence seems to be everywhere.

While vast effort is made to downplay the British roots of the deep state by the media which tends to portray this problem from a partisan narrative of “democratic party corruption”, this sleight of hand misses the causal nexus and demands we believe that the tail truly wags the dog.

The uncomfortable truth which many are either too afraid, lazy or corrupt to admit is that since the moment John F Kennedy died on November 22, 1963, both the Democratic and Republican Parties have undergone an slow take-over by this foreign parasite. The thing that has come to be known as the “deep state” was never based on one party or another, and never emanated from anything native to the Constitutional traditions of the US government itself as I outlined in my previous article “Understanding the Trifold Nature of the Deep State”.

While the Republican party of George Bush was in power, this deep state had used its controls of computerized vote counting to rig elections in 2000 and 2004 in its favor as showcased brilliantly in the 2006 documentary Hacking Democracy. Later, when it was time for a controlled opposition to take power in 2008, it did the same thing under a different cast of characters.

While one side of the unipolar world government agenda was driven by a view that the USA should forever be the primary global police force governing a zero sum system of perpetual war, with an unelected elite managing the system from above, the other side believed that the USA should surrender its claims to sovereignty to an international global body with unelected technocrats and financiers at the top managing the zero sum system of perpetual war from above.

Notice the common denominator?

Election Theft as Russiagate 5.0
Now that it has become increasingly clear that mass election fraud has swept across the USA in an effort to accomplish what four years of Russiagate failed to achieve, yet another light has fallen upon the British hand behind Biden which aims to dissolve any nationalist spirit remaining in the embattled republic.

As I outlined in my last report, the largest private computer voting system in the USA which services 30 states and 70 million voters was shown to be at the heart of the current election theft. In that article, it was made clear that Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company which dominates the USA’s private computerized voting systems and is closely tied to another larger company called Smartmatic.

For those still out of the loop, Smartmatic furnishes voting machines and its software (backdoor codes and all) to governments all around the world and is highly enmeshed with the Clinton Foundation, Soros’ Open Society and Nancy Pelosi’s very own Chief of Staff.

Not only that, but the key figure controlling Smartmatic is none other than Lord Mark Malloch Brown, a former vice chairman of George Soros’ Investment Funds (2007), as well as Soros’ Open Society Institute and World Economic Forum, former Vice President at the World Bank (1995-1999), UN Administrator for Development (1999-2005), UN Deputy Secretary General and UK Minister of State for Africa, Asia and the UN (2007-2009). These are just a few hats he has worn in recent years which we will explore in greater detail.

Lord Malloch Brown: Not Your Typical British Agent
Through his lifelong affiliation with Soros, Lord Malloch Brown (Knight of the Order of St George and St Michael) played the role of color revolutionary godfather and key controller of such “technocrat friendly puppet leaders” as Corazon Aquino as well as her son Benigno Aquino III of the Philippines, Georgia’s George Saakashvili and even the hapless talking ego Barack Obama.

After working through an extended “apprenticeship” under the cover of UN aid worker, and marauding journalist for the London Economist, Malloch Brown found himself working for a Washington consulting firm named Sawyer Miller in 1985. It was at this time Malloch Brown was deployed to become the advisor and speech writer to Philippine opposition leader Corazon (Cory) Aquino under the supervision of then Secretary of State George Shultz.

Corazon was a darling of the western establishment but had the nearly impossible task of challenging the popular nationalist President Ferdinand Marcos who had steered his country into economic sovereignty in opposition to international financiers for since his inauguration in 1965.

Applying all of the arts of perception management and marketing, Malloch Brown took control of Aquino’s campaign transforming it into the “People Power Revolution” that was in many ways the first successful color revolution of our modern times. Knowing that votes would likely favor the incumbent Markos, Malloch Brown wrote that he drafted Aquino’s victory speech before the elections and had her deliver it before votes were even finalized- and which accomplices in the media were all too happy to project publicly fueling the mythology that Corazon had won.

Describing these events years later, Malloch Brown said:
An outstanding accomplishment during the Cory campaign was to produce an exit poll that indicated that she had won. It landed on the front page of the Inquirer and had a profound impact as it planted the idea that Aquino had won over Marcos… Marcos did not really recover after that. It was a very exciting experience to watch.”
Malloch Brown failed to mention that the “polling station results” which produced the false perception that Corazon had won were manipulated by George Shultz’s local agents survey firms Social Weather Station, and Pulse Asia which have never been held accountable for their role in the anti-Marcos coup.

Shock Therapy
Soon after this “accomplishment”, Malloch Brown began working closely with George Soros on a number of projects that radically altered the world during the intense period of transition from a bi-polar to unipolar age.

In 1993, Soros had only recently carried out a speculative attack on the British pound sterling which resulted in $1 billion profit to the Hungarian speculator while providing the UK with a convenient excuse to avoid walking into the Euro trap which it had set for other European targets entering into the “post-nation state epoch”. In 1994, Soros announced a $50 million grant for “democracy building” operations in Macedonia and Bosnia which Malloch Brown was hired to administer as part of the Shatalin Shock therapy agenda.

From 1993-1994, Malloch Brown was part of the Soros Advisory Committee on Bosnia where advanced the Balkanization projects of the 1990s. In 1998, Malloch Brown also co-founded Soros’s International Criminal Court (ICC) after the duo had created the International Crisis Group (ICG) in 1994. These institutions served to 1) shape “international perception” of the causes and solutions to “crises”, real or fabricated and 2) advocate solutions that removed sovereignty in military and judicial affairs from sovereign nation states where they had been enshrined in the UN Charter, Nuremburg laws and UN Declaration of Human Rights, to supranational unelected organizations under the control of “experts”.

As Vice President of the World Bank from 1995-1999 he took credit for transforming its image to a more democratic organization, and from 1999-2005 led in the creation of the Millennium Development Goals which increasingly tied UN funding to George Soros’ Open Society operations internationally (during his time in New York, Malloch Brown lived on an estate owned by Soros).

R2P and More Color Revolution
During this period, Malloch Brown was among the earliest advocates of Responsibility to Protect (R2P) and did more than anyone else to incorporate the doctrine into United Nations “post-Westphalian” governance outlook in 2005 as UN Deputy Secretary General (2005-2006).

Demonstrating his imperial outlook on March 2011, the self-proclaimed “pacifist” grew impatient of nations who were reticent to blow up Libya and wrote in the Financial Times: “declare victory and get on with ousting Gadhafi”.

As co-chair of the International Crisis Group (which was born of seed money from Soros and on whose board of trustees sit Larry Summers, Joe Biden’s advisor Jake Sullivan and both George and Alexander Soros) Malloch Brown supported the narco-terrorist linked Kosovo Liberation Army which was also propped up by both the CIA and NATO during the Bosnia crisis coordinating closely with his Rhodes Scholar colleague Strobe Talbott who referred to Soros in 1995 as “a national resource—indeed, a national treasure.”
Describing Talbott, Malloch Brown recently wrote:
Strobe Talbott, is a very old friend of mine and in some ways a similar sort of practitioner and theoretician of globalisation… As such he really understood the hidden back-story of modern politics, which always gets shoved out of view by the more familiar story of nation-states.”
After bankrolling Georgia’s Rose Revolution in 2003 that put Soros’ Saakashvili in power, the Georgian state was rendered ungovernable due to a mix of vast incompetence and corruption. Here, Soros and Malloch Brown again came to the rescue by organizing a January 2004 event in New York that garnered $1.5 million for Georgian government reform programs (75% from Soros’ Open Society and 25% from the UN Development Program headed by Brown). The UNDP report justified the expense that was to pay Saakashvili’s salary as well as top government officials, and security forces when it said: “Georgia lacked the skilled professionals needed to design and execute sweeping reforms”.

The fact that these actions led to the murder of 1,600 in South Ossetia (mostly Russians) in 2008 and nearly triggered WWIII should not be forgotten, nor should Saakashvili’s nefarious role as Governor of Odessa (2015-16) where the convicted felon protected neo Nazis of the Azov Battalion. Similarly, the strange rise in popularity of Saakashvili underway in Georgia should make anyone with half a brain more than a little concerned.

Handler of Team Obama
On February 24, 2008, Samantha Power, husband to Harvard behaviorist Cass Sunstein and soon-to-be Ambassador to the UN under Obama gave an interview to the London Times describing the Malloch Brown-Obama connection in glaring detail. In this interview, Power said: “The principal conduit between Britain and the Candidate [Obama] has been Lord Malloch Brown, the Junior Foreign Minister, whom Obama came to admire when he [Malloch Brown] was Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations, Obama was really taken with him. It’s a relationship that has persisted and they have talked a number of times since.”

Indeed, Obama’s political career, like Saakashvili’s and Aquino’s, was always a creation of higher powers with Soros even providing the first $60,000 for Obama’s 2004 Senate run and then organizing the earliest fundraising parties for Obama’s Presidential run in 2007.

Samantha Power herself attributed her career to Soros and Lord Brown saying in 2004:
“My book and my research was utterly unsustainable on the free market. If I hadn’t been able to get a grant from George Soros and the Open Society Institute, there is no way I could have done the kind of investigative reporting I needed to do”.

The Case of Cass Sunstein

While Power spent her time in the UN fighting viciously to push a pre-emptive P2P humanitarian regime change on Libya and later Syria, her husband Cass Sunstein worked as an advisor to Obama from 2009-2012 and authored a paper addressing the dangerous rise of “conspiracy theories” which threaten his idea of good government. Sunstein wrote “the existence of both domestic and foreign conspiracy theories, we suggest, is no trivial matter, posing real risks” and recommended “a series of possible responses” which include cognitive infiltration of conspiracy groups by government agents.

Additionally five options are developed by Sunstein:
“(1) Government might ban conspiracy theorizing. (2) Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories. (3) Government might itself engage in counter speech, marshaling arguments to discredit conspiracy theories. (4) Government might formally hire credible private parties to engage in counter speech. (5) Government might engage in informal communication with such parties, encouraging them to help”
On August 24, 2020 Sunstein was tapped to chair the World Health Organization’s Technical Advisory Group mandated with modifying global behaviour in compliance with the new norms of the pandemic world order. The WHO chief stated
“In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, countries are using a range of tools to influence behavior: Information campaigns are one tool, but so are laws, regulations, guidelines and even fines…That’s why behavioral science is so important.”
Lord Brown in the Obama Era
In 2007, Malloch Brown left the UN to head up Soros’ Quantum Hedge Fund- a lucrative post which he soon left to join the British Foreign Office as Minister of State for Africa, Asia and the UN from 2007-2009.

After leaving his position in the UK government in 2009, Lord Malloch Brown went on to consult oil companies and steer his International Crisis Group. By this time, the ICG had a near monopoly on drafting anonymously published reports of international crisis hotspots priding itself on maintaining armies of “on the ground” specialists who could profile all disputing parties and release their assessments on the international market. These reports have been used by governments, NGOs, corporations, and international bodies like the UN and have played a major role in shaping global policy and perceptions of the causes and remedies to conflict.

Utilizing his expertise in vote fraud and perception management, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Malloch Brown soon found himself at the helm of SGO Corporation Ltd in 2014 which serves as a holding company whose main asset is Smartmatic voting technologies. Smartmatic sells itself as having “handled more than 3.7 billion votes over the past 14 years in election projects on five continents” and while it denies having activities directly on US soil, a screenshot from the Way Back Machine demonstrates a very different story.

Since 2010 Smartmatic has been found to have been at the heart of election fraud in Mexico, Venezuela, the USA, and the Philippines where the first Presidential election using this system resulted in the victory of Corazon Aquino’s son Benigno Aquino. After mountains of evidence have come to light of Smartmatic’s role in systemic fraud, the IBON Foundation called out Lord Brown as “a foreigner who has made a career out of influencing elections”.

It is an irony of history that not only did Lord Malloch Brown install a second generation cardboard cuttout into power in the Philippines, but deployed his voting system to undermine the popular Ferdinand Marco Jr in favor of the Liberal Party’s Len Robredo during the 2016 elections. Luckily in the same year that Trump was to beat the system via his landslide popular victory in the USA, a similar victory occurred in opposition to all odds when nationalist President Duterte took office and later demanded the Philippines rid itself of Smartmatic tech.

Lord Malloch Brown’s Ultimate Obsession
Speaking to the World Government Summit of June 2020 alongside Cass Sunstein and an array of other Davos-creatures, Lord Malloch Brown expressed his disdain for the rise of the multipolar alliance led by Russia, China and Trump’s USA which has obviously endangered his life’s work. Malloch Brown hypocritically attacks China for being a regime which has no respect for individual rights and only a concern for “the many”, and then calls out the rise of authoritarian governments “Russia, China, India, Turkey, Hungary and the USA” which he believes must be stopped at all costs saying:
“In the wider world a more authoritarian form of government is the new majority. It is not China alone. This “new majority” embraces leaders who come to power by the ballot box and those who didn’t, but who all share a preference for a nationalist foreign policy, the weakening of domestic institutions and the rule of law”
Malloch Brown obviously felt very comfortable with his audience and assumed no one would think about the obvious hypocrisy of his admitting that these “new majority” nationalists often come to power “by the ballot box” and thus emblemize democratic principles, while his social engineering defense of individual liberties and freedom of choice always occurs outside of the democratic volition of the plebs who are obviously considered to dumb to know what is good for them and also at the expense of the many who must be sacrificed in wars, regime change and anarchy “for the greater good”.

These hypocrisies were made even more obvious in a more recent October 26, 2020 keynote speech on the topic of the UN at 75: Slow Death or New Direction? In this speech, Lord Brown calls for the creation of reformed United Nation to avoid its obsolescence by getting rid of the Security Council which has prevented necessary humanitarian actions due to the insufferable veto held by Russia and China. When asked how the veto may be abolished, Lord Brown admits that nations will never aquiesce and so “the only way you’re going to get these entrenched members to embark on this is to make them largely irrelevant… we have to work around the security council.”

How would anyone be expected to “work around the Security Council” you may ask?

Here Lord Brown answers by calling for the empowerment of “civil society clusters” and “civil society mosaic” that can harness energy coalition of non-state actors. Brown states: “Building variegated coalitions of state and non-state actors willing to be first movers on different parts of this agenda is not a new path to action in the UN. Now it needs to be turbo charged. The world won’t wait for the most plodding and resistant nations to sigh up to action”.

Calling the UN Human Rights Council “not fit for purpose” due to its “steady capture” by Russia, China and Cuba who won seats on the body this year, Lord Brown lamented the greatest threat to his vision for a post-national world:
“the failures we all individually made pale compared to just the fact that nation states have ultimately- particularly the bigger and more powerful ones- resisted conceding power and sovereignty and decision making to this multilateral body.”
This is the British hand behind the current phase of Russiagate 5.0 which has come closer to its objectives of running an American coup than at any other moment during the past four years. This is the vision of a dystopic post-nation state world order managed by mis-anthropic technocrats who wish to lord over a technetronic feudal dark age in the 21st century and beyond. As much as it might disappoint you to hear this, but at this moment, the most important thing standing in the way of this anti-human world order and your future is the embattled President Trump who requires the serious support of an awakened, informed and active citizenry.

In a future segment we will look more closely at the figure of the late Maurice Strong and the self-induced destruction of western civilization over the past 50 years, and also the battle to resist a bankers’ coup in Britain over 300 years ago which holds peculiar lessons for our current age.

Trump summons Michigan GOP leaders for extraordinary meeting

By ED WHITE, DAVID EGGERT and ZEKE MILLERyesterday

(AP Photo/David Eggert, File)

DETROIT (AP) — President Donald Trump summoned Michigan’s Republican legislative leaders to the White House for an extraordinary meeting Friday amid a long shot GOP push to subvert the democratic process that handed the battleground state to Democrat Joe Biden.

Two people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press that Trump invited Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey and House Speaker Lee Chatfield.

They agreed to go, according to a state official aware of the leaders’ plans. The two officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were discussing private conversations.

It was not immediately clear what the meeting would be about. Neither Shirkey nor Chatfield commented.

Trump’s campaign is openly floating the notion of trying to get friendly state legislatures to appoint electors who would overturn the will of the voters. If Trump succeeds in convincing Michigan’s state board of canvassers not to certify Biden’s victory in the state, state lawmakers could be called on to select electors, but such a brazen move would be unprecedented and possibly illegal. It would be certain to draw a swift legal challenge.

Both Shirkey and Chatfield have indicated that they will not try to overturn Biden’s win.

“Michigan law does not include a provision for the Legislature to directly select electors or to award electors to anyone other than the person who received the most votes,” Shirkey’s spokeswoman said last week. On Nov. 6, Chatfield tweeted: “Whoever gets the most votes will win Michigan! Period. End of story. Then we move on.

Asked at a Lansing news conference about the plan for legislative leaders to visit Trump, Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said, “I hope they wear masks, and I hope they stay safe.”

“All the meetings in the world, though, can’t take away from the fact that Joe Biden won Michigan by over 150,000 votes,” Whitmer added. “That’s 14 times the margin that Donald Trump won by in 2016. ... So we will be sending a slate of electors that reflects the will of the people of Michigan at the end of this process.”

Also Thursday, state officials said Michigan’s largest county cannot revoke its certification of election results after two Republicans who approved Biden’s local landslide wanted to revert to their initial stance of refusing to bless the vote tally.

The GOP effort to change position represented another complication in what is typically a routine task. Monica Palmer and William Hartmann, the two GOP canvassers in Wayne County, said they only voted to certify the results after “hours of sustained pressure” and after getting promises that their concerns about the election would be investigated.

“We deserve better — but more importantly, the American people deserve better — than to be forced to accept an outcome achieved through intimidation, deception and threats of violence,” they said in a statement Wednesday night.

State officials said the certification of the Detroit-area vote will stand.

Michigan’s chief election officer said a post-election audit will be performed, though not to check “mythical allegations” of fraud.

“There is no legal mechanism for them to rescind their vote. Their job is done, and the next step in the process is for the Board of State Canvassers to meet and certify,” said Tracy Wimmer, a spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state.

The four-member state board, which is expected to meet Monday, is split with two Democrats and two Republicans — the same makeup as the Wayne County board.

Trump’s campaign said the latest about-face by Palmer and Hartmann is legitimate. It withdrew a federal lawsuit challenging the Detroit-area results, attaching affidavits from the pair.

Palmer and Hartmann initially voted against certification Tuesday, leaving the county Board of Canvassers deadlocked at 2-2 along party lines. Palmer complained that certain Detroit precincts were out of balance, meaning that absentee ballot books did not match the number of ballots cast.

“This is not an indication that any votes were improperly cast or counted,” Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said.

The GOP move drew an immediate rebuke from the public and injected partisan politics into the business of an unsung panel that is supposed to confirm the will of the voters. A person familiar with the matter told the AP that Trump reached out to Palmer and Hartmann on Tuesday evening after the revised vote to express gratitude for their support.

In a statement, the pair reported being the target of threats, which they said they reported to law enforcement.

Trump “was checking to make sure I was safe after seeing/hearing about the threats and doxxing,” Palmer said in a text message to the Detroit Free Press, referring to the practice of publicly disclosing someone’s personal information.
Biden crushed Trump in Wayne County by a more than 2-1 margin on his way to winning Michigan by 154,000 votes, or 1.8 percentage points, according to unofficial results.

The county canvassers later voted again and certified the results, 4-0. Then, on Wednesday, Palmer and Hartmann signed affidavits saying they believe the vote should not be certified.

Jonathan Kinloch, a Democratic canvasser, said he heard passion — not threats — during the stormy Tuesday night meeting when the audience on Zoom was allowed to speak after the 2-2 tie and before the unanimous vote.

“I heard people basically being very assertive in demonstrating their outrage, but it happens all the time,” Kinloch said.

Benson, a Democrat, said a post-election audit will be conducted in Wayne County and any other community with “significant clerical errors.”

“Audits are neither designed to address nor performed in response to false or mythical allegations of ‘irregularities’ that have no basis in fact,” she said.

There has been no evidence of widespread voting fraud in Michigan or any other state. Federal and state officials from both parties have declared the 2020 election safe and secure. But Trump and his allies have spent two weeks raising false claims of fraud and refusing to concede to Biden.

Sidney Powell Says Trump Team Will Sue Officials "To Invalidate" Election Results... And An Inside Look Into Smartmatic

Shortly before the Associated Press announced late on Thursday that Joe Biden had won the state of Georgia after its secretary of state said that Biden had remained ahead after a hand recount of the state’s 5 million presidential votes making him the first Democratic presidential candidate in 28 years to win the state pending any potential litigation by Trump, the president's attorney Sidney Powell warned that a "flurry of lawsuits" await election officials who certify the results of the election which she believes are fraudulent.

The only thing telling about these statements is that the servers were probably seized in Germany by some faction of the US. Time will tell as to whether the 'good guys' or the 'bad guys' did the seizing.
Trump probably had troops ready to seize the servers before the election even started. Come on man!:)

Dan O'Donnell
Disability Service Coordinator Blows Whistle on Vote Fraud in Group Homes [Wisconsin]
By Dan O'DonnellNov 16, 2020

Susan couldn't believe what she was hearing. Client after client, developmentally disabled person after developmentally disabled person all told the same story: Their vote was stolen from them.

Susan, a disability service coordinator who works with developmentally disabled adults who live in various assisted living facilities and group homes in and around Milwaukee, says every one of her more than 20 clients told her that they were either pressured to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden or had a vote cast for Biden before they ever had a chance to see their ballot.

"I haven't been able to see them in person since March because of COVID, but we do Zoom calls regularly," said Susan, whose name has been changed to protect her identity, as she fears reprisal for coming forward. "Right after the election, one of my clients said that he voted for Biden but didn't want to."

Susan was confused, so she asked him what he meant.

"He told me that he was sad Biden won because Biden would make his social security payments go down," Susan explained in an extensive interview with "The Dan O'Donnell Show." "I asked him why he voted for Biden if he was worried about that and he said that one of his helpers had filled out his ballot for him."

Susan assumed her client was referring to a staff member at the group home where he lives. Amazingly, another client told her a nearly identical story. So did another. And another.

"I got curious after the first few told me what happened to them so I asked every one of my clients and every single one voted for Biden," she said. "One gentleman told me, 'Yeah, they just handed me a ballot that was already filled out.'"

A woman whom Susan lovingly refers to as a born contrarian ("She likes the Bears because everyone else likes the Packers") said she liked Trump in large measure because most of the staff at her home were Biden supporters.

"She told me, 'I really wanted to vote for Trump, but [a staff member at her home] said 'no, he's a bad man. We're voting for Biden,'" Susan explained. "And the staff member instructed her to vote for Biden. So she did. But she wasn't happy about it."

Wisconsin Statute 6.875 governs absentee voting in nursing homes and assisted living facilities and expressly prohibits staff members from assisting residents in filling out their ballots. Under this statute, a municipal clerk or local elections board must appoint two "special voting deputies" (one nominated by each major political party) to conduct all absentee voting.

"No individual who is employed or retained, or within the two years preceding appointment has been employed or retained, at a qualified retirement home or residential care facility in the municipality, or any member of the individual's immediate family...may be appointed to serve as a deputy," the statute holds.
In the three statewide elections in 2020, however, special voting deputies have not been allowed in assisted living facilities over fears of COVID-19 transmission. The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) ruled in March that it was too dangerous to allow deputies to assist with voting ahead of the Spring Election and reaffirmed in June that deputies would not be allowed in nursing homes ahead of the Fall Primary and General Elections.

As a result, nursing home staff members or others have been helping residents fill out ballots or, in the case of Susan's clients, simply filling out ballots on behalf of the residents and then having the residents sign them or forging the signatures.

"That's what most of them told me, that their ballot was already filled out," Susan said. "What was really interesting is that Biden was the only one that they voted for. I don't know if they voted in other races after my clients saw their ballots, but a number of them told me that the only one they voted for was president."

After talking with all of her clients--who all told nearly identical stories--Susan decided to come forward because she was disgusted by what she believes is a systemic effort to prey on the most vulnerable in society.

"It's really frustrating to see them taken advantage of like this," she said.
The Chief Election Observer in a different Wisconsin city than the ones in which Susan's clients reside told "The Dan O'Donnell Show" last week about the problems with the WEC's decision to ban special voting deputies from nursing homes this year and the huge potential for vote fraud that came with it.

"The last three elections, the staff assisted the voters," she said. "That's a whole other group of untrained, potentially dishonest voter assistants with really no controls or supervision in place. We just receive the voted absentee ballots back at the township with the voter's signature (if they can), the witness's signature and facility address on the ballot envelope, dropped off as a pack by the facility's activity director.

"If the voter has been assisted by someone, that assistant is supposed to sign the back of the ballot itself - whether that would actually happen if someone is using this whole process for fraud is obviously very doubtful, and it wouldn't be able to be traced anyway. At that point, it's just another absentee ballot."

Susan believes that this sort of fraud is rampant in group homes and nursing homes across the state since 100 percent of her clients experienced some form of it.

"If it happened to all of them, it's happening to a lot of people--the sort of people who we should be protecting and instead they're just being used to steal their votes," Susan said. "It's just heartbreaking."

Election Observer Explains How Nursing Home Vote Fraud Works [Wisconsin]
By Dan O'DonnellNov 13, 2020

A concerned citizen who serves as Chief Election Observer in a town in Wisconsin is blowing the whistle on how nursing home residents' votes are easily stolen. In an email to the "Dan O'Donnell Show," the person, whose name and identifying information have been redacted because of a fear of reprisal, explains in detail how fraud works at the assisted living facility in the community in which they live.
I heard your story about the lady who shared about somebody voting for her mom, and as you both concluded, it's probably far more common than we would like to believe.
I am the Chief Inspector (lead poll worker) for the Town of _________, and because of this, I've learned a lot about the way(s) it would be very easy to cheat at the expense of the elderly and disabled. In _________, we have a care facility called _________, and due to a law passed sometime before I came to Wisconsin 10 years ago (and which I really couldn't believe was in place, given the potential for fraud - Illinois and Ohio where I've lived have no such provision) municipalities where a care facility is located are required to send what are called Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) to that facility (or facilities) to assist the residents in voting during a special window of time before the election.
The date and time are posted five or more days before we come in (usually for a two-hour time slot), and the residents assemble much as you would at a regular polling place (we do our set up in the family area). Two of our poll workers check off the resident and give them an absentee ballot and ballot envelope and send them to one of the other two poll workers who are set up at separate tables to assist the voter should they need it. Because the residents at _________ are sometimes mentally handicapped (some physically handicapped, some both), we often have to assist them by marking the ballot. We read it to them and wait for their response.
Not to be unkind, Dan, but about 50-75% of the residents have no idea what's going on. They're just doing it because they are registered (someone at some point in the past helped them with this - maybe a family member or a staff worker), and everyone else is doing it. They are considered indefinitely confined, so they don't need an ID, and they're on the list to receive absentee ballots this way indefinitely (when a person registers for an absentee ballot, they have the choice of just receiving one for that one election or for any elections for that calendar year. They have to request and absentee ballot again at the beginning of each year. With the indefinitely confined, they can receive ballots basically till they've passed - or beyond, I guess - hence the advantage for that illegitimate COVID designation if you classify yourself "indefinitely confined.").
Now I don't have a problem with the ID issue, but as you probably already have guessed, if the SVDs aren't honest and have integrity, this is a great opportunity to take advantage and urge the unsuspecting and really sometimes uncomprehending voter to vote the way the assistant wants. We only have about 30 who vote at _________, but it's a relatively small facility, but imagine the bigger ones, multiply by however many such care facilities we have in Wisconsin, and you can see how this can really turn into a significant voting block being used for fraud. (I'm sure the majority are probably upright, honest SVDs just wanting to help the disabled vote, for sure, but I can't see this field of votes ripe for harvest being overlooked by those who would commit fraud).
Because of COVID, we have not been allowed into the facility since before April, so the last three elections, the staff at _________ assisted the voters - that's a whole other group of untrained, potentially dishonest voter assistants with really no controls or supervision in place. We just receive the voted absentee ballots back at the township with the voter's signature (if they can), the witness's signature and facility address on the ballot envelope, dropped off as a pack by the facility's activity director. If the voter has been assisted by someone, that assistant is supposed to sign the back of the ballot itself - whether that would actually happen if someone is using this whole process for fraud is obviously very doubtful, and it wouldn't be able to be traced anyway. At that point, it's just another absentee ballot.
So I hope this might be helpful as you continue discussion on just how ripe the state of Wisconsin is for voter fraud (don't even get me started on same day voter registration).
On Thursday, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" shared the story of a 95-year-old woman who died last month after a long battle with dementia. Despite her obvious incapacitation, she has been voting absentee from the various assisted living facilities in which she has lived since 2012.

Her daughter said that it was impossible for her to understand what was going on in the election, yet the woman still requested an absentee ballot on March 26th and voted by mail in both the Spring Election and Presidential Election.

Did Thousands Lie About 'Indefinite Confinement' to Avoid Voter ID Law? [Wisconsin]
By Dan O'DonnellNov 9, 2020

As many as 25,000 new voters may have marked themselves as 'indefinitely confined' to their homes in an effort to circumvent Wisconsin's Voter ID law, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has learned. Multiple sources confirm that both the Republican Party of Wisconsin and President Trump's re-election campaign are investigating what may be thousands of instances of intentional misrepresentation on ballots.

Under Wisconsin law, a voter may mark him or herself as "indefinitely confined" if they are for an indefinite period of time confined to their homes "because of age, physical illness or infirmity or are disabled for an indefinite period." While it is certainly possibly that new voters--most of whom are typically those who have just turned 18--would be confined to their homes because of age, illness, or infirmity, that is not particularly likely.

"Indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply as a means to avoid the photo ID requirement without regard to whether they are indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity or disability," the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) notes on its website.

In March, Dane County Clerk Scott McDonnell and Milwaukee County George Christensen ignored state law and issued guidance to hundreds of thousands of voters to mark themselves as indefinitely confined to their homes because of Wisconsin's "Safer at Home" order. Obviously, hundreds of thousands of people were not actually indefinitely confined as they were still allowed under "Safer at Home" to work at jobs deemed essential and to shop at grocery stores, hardware stores, and even liquor stores.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court rebuked McDonnell's and Christensen's unlawful guidance and barred election officials from giving similar advice, but nearly 250,000 people--primarily in Wisconsin's two most heavily Democrat-leaning counties--are now listed as indefinitely confined. As the MacIver Institute noted shortly before Tuesday's election, that represents a 238 percent increase in the number of people claiming indefinite confinement in less than a year.

Strangely enough, temporarily suspending Wisconsin's Voter ID requirement was listed as the very first priority in Democratic Governor Tony Evers' COVID-19 relief proposal. Republicans in the State Legislature rejected that, but shortly afterwards McDonnell and Christensen issued their unlawful advice to simply use indefinite confinement as a way of getting around Wisconsin's Voter ID law. Almost as soon as they did, Evers publicly called for every registered voter in the state to receive a mail-in ballot.

Republicans are now investigating massive numbers of people who suddenly claimed indefinite confinement, especially what sources say is an inordinate number of first-time voters who did.

Yes, Wisconsin Elections Commission Gave Unlawful Advice to Alter Ballots [Wisconsin]
By Dan O'DonnellNov 11, 2020

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) absolutely violated state law when it instructed clerks to fill in witness addresses on ballot envelopes ahead of the presidential election.

Wisconsin Statute 6.87(6d) provides that "if a [ballot] certificate is missing the address of a witness, the ballot may not be counted."

The voter, however, does have an opportunity to remedy this oversight.

Wisconsin Statute 6.87(9) is unmistakably clear: "If a municipal clerk receives an absentee ballot with an improperly completed certificate or with no certificate, the clerk may return the ballot to the elector, inside the sealed envelope when an envelope is received, together with a new envelope if necessary, whenever time permits the elector to correct the defect and return the ballot."

The elector--not a clerk, not a poll worker, or anyone else--is the only one authorized under Wisconsin law to correct any defect in the ballot, certificate, or ballot envelope. The WEC blatantly ignored this when it told clerks on October 19th that they should simply fill out the address themselves.

"Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible, and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness)," the WEC wrote. "The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address."

This advice plainly violates Wisconsin Statute 6.87(9), which is probably why the WEC did not cite it when it attempted to "correct misinformation about Wisconsin's election." Instead, the WEC admitted that it has been giving this illegal advice since 2016!

"The Wisconsin Elections Commission’s guidance permitting municipal clerks to fix missing witness address components based on reliable information has been in effect since October 2016," the WEC wrote this week. "There was no new guidance or change to this requirement."

In other words, the Wisconsin Elections Commission has instructed clerks to break state law for two presidential elections, two U.S. Senate elections, two State Supreme Court elections, and one gubernatorial election in the past four years.

That shouldn't inspire any confidence in the manner in which the WEC has been administering elections in this state.

We Will Not Back Down

There is no more doubt that President Trump is going to take the battle to the fraudsters in the aftermath of today's press conference.
"We will not back down, we won't be intimidated, President Trump will not be intimidated. You the American people should not be intimidated... this is not a court of law, we will get there, and we have time, and we have constitutional provisions that will step in when we show the corruption and the irredeemably challenged and overturned votes that are absolutely corrupt."
-Jenna Ellis, Senior Legal Advisor to the Trump Campaign
The Nine Key Points detailed today:

1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened. Giuliani said that many mail-in ballots were opened without observers being able to check that they were properly signed, a key protection against fraud. Those votes, he said, were “null and void,” especially where the envelopes had been discarded, making recounts useless.
2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties. In Pennsylvania, whose state supreme court created new, relaxed voting rules before the election, Giuliani alleged that absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not.
3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them. Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in Pittsburgh were submitted by people who showed up to vote in person, only to be told that they had voted already. He alleged that Democrats had filled out absentee ballots for other people, hoping they would not show up.
4. Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots. Giuliani cited an affidavit from an official who swore she was told not to exclude absentee ballots for defects, and to backdate ballots so they would not appear to have been received after Election Day, to avoid a Supreme Court order to sequester those ballots.
5. Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines. Giuliani said that there were 60 witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots being “produced” quickly and counted twice or thrice. He said that a minimum of 60,000 ballots, and a maximum of 100,000 ballots, were allegedly affected.

6. Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first. Giuliani noted that Wisconsin state law was stricter regarding absentee ballots than most other states are, yet alleged that 60,000 absentee ballots were counted in the Milwaukee area, and 40,000 in the Madison area, without having been applied for properly by the voters who cast them.
7. There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems. Giuliani said there was an unusually large number of overvotes in precincts in Michigan and in Wisconsin, which he alleged was the reason that Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had refused to certify the results there this week. He also alleged that there were some out-of-state voters in Georgia, and people who had cast votes twice there.
8. Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros. Sidney Powell argued that U.S. votes were being counted overseas, and that Dominion voting machines and Smartmatic software were controlled by foreign interests, manipulating algorithms to change the results. Powell noted specifically that Smartmatic’s owners included two Venezuelan nationals, whom she alleged had ties to the regime of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro. The legal team alleged that there were statistical anomalies, such as huge batches of votes for Biden, that could not be explained except as manipulation — which, they alleged, happened in the wee hours of the morning as vote-counting had stalled. (The companies have disputed these allegations vigorously.)
9. The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted. Jenna Ellis argued that the media, had usurped the power to declare the winner of the election. She made the point, citing Federalist No. 68, that the constitutional process of selecting a president had procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence. Giuliani said that the campaign believed that enough votes were flawed — more than double the margins between Biden and Trump in key states — that the president had a path to victory.
As Giuliani himself said, anyone who says there is "no evidence" of mass voter fraud is lying.
UPDATE: We will not back down, but Tucker Carlson appears to have cucked.

Tucker Carlson says Trump campaign unwilling to provide evidence to back their claims.

Trump summons Michigan GOP leaders for extraordinary meeting

This makes me so incredibly sad. There’s no way Trump didn’t win in Michigan. No way. He won here in 2016, and we had WAY more Trump support and enthusiasm this time around. Way more. We had boat parades miles long and signs out in front of every house, flags on cars and big banners on the sides of the roads. People would organize their own Trump trains and drive caravans across the state in huge numbers. He was up by about 350,000 votes when I went to bed that night. The whole thing is just so tragic. I can’t stand seeing evil and thievery win. If nothing else, I’ll pray the Lord will be just and will give them what they deserve.

Lawyer Sidney Powell says Trump team has “massive” evidence, lawsuits coming SOON
•Nov 20, 2020

Glenn Beck

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson challenged lawyer Sidney Powell last night for what he says is a failure to provide his team with clear evidence of election fraud. But speaking with Glenn this morning, Powell says her team DOES have “massive amounts of evidence…to the point we haven’t even had time to process all of it.” But, more importantly, Powell says she’s hoping a lawsuit will be filed “by next week,” which will officially begin the court process to prove voter fraud was rampant earlier this month. Listen to her full interview with Glenn, during which she describes the steps the Trump team will take to prove our fair election process may be in serious trouble — steps which include posting some of their evidence online over the next few days.

Smartmatic Denies Transfer of Technology to Dominion Voting Systems — Articles Scrubbed from Website — But Internet Archive Never Lies

Why are Smartmatic and Dominion hiding their direct ties?

Why are they scrubbing the internet of articles linking the two companies?

Smartmatic posted a tweet this week outright denying their transfer of technology to Dominion voting systems.

688ECC43-6E09-4E62-B782-0892C02E4540-600x498.jpeg

But there is evidence that this is completely false.

In December 2007 Smartmatic announced the sale of their Sequoia Voting Systems to Dominion Voting Systems.

Smartmatic published a press release announcing their sale Sequoia voting systems as shown in screenshot below.

sequoia-dominion-announcement.jpg

Below you will find a press release from Dominion voting systems announcing their purchase of a Intellectual properties, Hardware and Software that was once owned by Smartmatic.

Here is the link to the press release PDF that is now erased from the internet but can be found by using Archive.org.

dominion-acquirers-smartmatic-sequoia-release.jpg

Dominion and Smartmatic have both tried to erase their ties by deleting the original press release from their websites.

Many publications linked in Wikipedia articles for Sequoia voting and Smartmatic are now erased from the internet, but you can still use Archive.org to view them as they were when they posted the article.

Many articles correlate this, many mainstream news articles also addressed Dominion purchasing Sequoia although never naming Smartmatic as the parent company owner of Sequoia.

If you try and view the Smartmatic press release in the year 2011 on Archive.org it redirects you to Dominionvoting.com which is a clear linkage between these companies.

Last week Smartmatic on Twitter released a statement outright denying the supply of ANY TECHNOLOGY to Dominion.

This clearly proves that statement factually incorrect since IP, Hardware and Software once owned by Smartmatic has indeed changed hands to Dominion.

smartmatic-lie-dominion-twitter.jpg

Other websites that also correlate Smartmatic and Dominion transferring technology include Homepage
smartmatic-sequoia-dominion.jpg

This website seems to have been collecting information for years on all different companies and machines and allocating profiles and providing profiles of such companies as Sequoia and Dominion.

Scrolling down to the bottom of Sequoia Voting Systems page on VerfiedVoting you’ll see a manufacture profile which also states Smartmatic sold Sequoia to Dominion.

Obviously, Smartmatic is desperately trying to remove their links to Dominion.

Dominion, on the other hand, is skipping House committee hearing and lawyering up.

Do innocent companies act like this?

On Thursday during the Trump Campaign press conference Attorney Sidney Powell weighed in on the Dominion-Smartmatic servers that were reportedly confiscated in Germany.

Powell confirmed the reports were legitimate.

Reporter Emerald Robinson: There were reports that a piece of hardware possibly a server was picked up in Germany. Is that true and is it related to this?
Attorney Sidney Powell: That is true. It is somehow related to this. But I do not know if good guys got it or bad guys got it.
Later this evening Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs and was asked again about the SCYTL raid in Germany.

Sidney disclosed more on the incident last night with Lou Dobbs saying there “should be scads of of evidence of frankly an international criminal conspiracy of the worst sort.

This morning Attorney Sidney Powell went on with Glenn Beck. Powell told Glenn the servers from ScytI in Germany were in fact confiscated and “I AM HEARING THAT IS WAS OUR FORCES THAT GOT THE SERVERS.”
Sidney Powell: “The servers from Scytl were confiscated the other day. I’m hearing it was our forces that got those servers. So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened.”
This is great news!

If true, this may explain Dominion’s recent actions. Earlier today they refused to testify before a Pennsylvania House Committee and last night they reportedly lawyered up.
