I need recommendations for a decent winemaking kit
any suggestions for a company that supplies a complete kit

Look for wine recipes on the web. You can substitute frozen grape juice for your juice.
You need a one gallon glass jug, a extra large ballon, sugar and yeast. Follow the direction for making wine out of frozen grape juice. You put the ingredients in the glass jug with water. Put the balloon on top. Let it sit in the dark for a month.

It burns like he'll but it will get you torn up.

I don't want to get torn up---just loosened up a bit

I have never made wine before, but I have made LOTS of beer. I'd check out your local homebrew store. You can most likely order a kit from them and then can ship it to you. But I'd recommend visiting the store and asking the people there. They are usually very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction. Or use some Google-fu to do some research and then buy a kit off of Amazon. I looked at my local store's webpage and they do sell kits of varying price ranges. So they definitely exist.
