I can not down load any updates from Microsoft ....every time I go to their website I get an error .or page not found ..iv tried to restore to an earlier date ..and I can not sign into my aol.account from this lap top ..out of 19 update only 1 was installed the rest failed ..iv been on the phone with a Microsoft tech ..and we cant get a remote access ..it keeps saying iv no internet connection ...but yet here I am ..I can get on fb..
