I am really curious as to what they intend to fabricate as Federal jurisdiction here

crossing state lines (federal jurisdiction) more than likely.
Thats why one of the commies (Nadler) is saying that he crossed state lines to commit a crime. (I think deblasio mentioned it too somewheres)

I'm not sure what it is that makes the Colt 45 so appealing to me. I've had 9's and a Sig .40 but I really really like my Colt Series 70 .45ACP

Don’t we all? Nothing feels better in a man’s hand than a 1911…commander in my case..

Well, maybe one or two things, but this is a family forum!

I’ve given my kids most of my other 1911’s - full size government models…kept a couple of commanders.

Lightweight commanders.

However Ritterhouse, being aquitted of all charges, didn't commit a crime. Let's see how they spin that one because you know they will in one way or another....

Wasn't his gun. It was given to him in a state where he could posses it.

Well, it was given to him in a state where he could legally posses it. But if I recall Kyle gave Black the money to pay for it. Now, that falls into a private party transfer realm, and I don't know WI law. In order for it to be a straw purchase, it has to be for someone who you know can not legally purchase it. But that all happened before the riots in Kenosha, so maybe the original intent was to give it to him when he was 18 and it would be legal. That would mean that it was not a straw purchase. But when did the government care about details when they want a head on a pike?
