When one figures it out, paying taxes in their FIAT is not so bad.

Though collecting fiat from your laborers wages(15% minimum)and then sending them to the beast system, I think is bad karma at least. Because many laborers die every day and don't collect one bloody cent of those monies stolen from them to their estate.

It's just so wrong.

Most new peoples now days that join the work force where taught in government schools that the monies taking from their paychecks is because (the man) their boss is a greedy sob and they don't pay FICA taxes. But steal the laborers taxes, somehow.

Because you know, corporations don't pay federal taxes, I hear that on MSM often.

They don't understand it but think they do.

I quit paying IRS in 1997, as soon as the fraudulent nature was brought to my attention.

Made peace with IRS commissioner in DC, mid2000, at no cost to me, save a postage stamp.

Been reasearching and fighting “property tax”, ever since.
Recently making considerable progress.

Now what you got ?

HOW do you get away with not paying taxes without the IRS seizing your assets>>>>or do you not have any assets, such a real estate??

To your comment - may I point out that there is an old saying that asserts that "the elite own nothing" . . . why would that be?

"The elite" can include "mere piker" multi-millionaires, in today's acutely litigious world versus multi-generational wealth accumulation aspirations and realities.

Plunder and booty - "all the world is a stage," and war is its name.

Yeah, the corporation can own all the income generating revenues. And the president of said corporation can collect rents the corporation pays. That's not income. Let I tried that and my CPA and IRS said I don't know the right people or something like that. Even my corporate lawyer said I couldn't.

Guess you got to be like a reverend Sharpton. Or alike.

I know there's other ways but I'm now to small time.

But neither were free Americans, pre-14th Amendment.

For the billionth time, and I know there will be more.....

You do not HAVE to be a US federal citizen, with no rights but a few remaining congressionally-granted benefits and privileges, to be an American national.

Americans who have not surrendered personal sovereignty remain in FULL possession of rights.....as do Americans who DO THEIR RESEARCH, and depart the trappings of the DC enclave to go home to their state of Nativity.

I’ve gone over all of this before.

Guess I should bite the bullet and write the book, huh ?

Long and short of it is, must be willing and able to live/function without all the perks and safety nets offered, ultimately, by the bankers who are about to eat all consenting, alive.

Blacknarwhal & ioujc.......the above bolded is your answer. When we participate within the current system, then we must play by the rules set up for the operation of that system. That makes us US Citizens and RESIDENTS of [ STATE ].

Our participation translates to TACIT APPROVAL.......so bitching about it is wasting our breath.

Truly though, everything is not as it seems -- there's more to life than meets the eye....or what you've been told.

But we must search these truths out for ourselves, because the system is not going to tell us how to free ourselves from their grip.....rather, they're more apt to keep us on the hook -- IF YA TELL A LIE OFTEN ENUFF, THE PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE IT AS TRUTH.

Sam has gone rogue, if you will.....he labors for himself within his community, has no bank accounts, wall street investments, stocks, bonds. He doesn't participate in social security, medicare. He kicked the electric company off his property years ago and closed the easement into his land.

Truly.....the ONLY way to win is NOT TO PLAY.......and only a VERY FEW are willing to do that. COMPLETE SELF SUFFICIENCY is not easily attainable....and not practical for most folks.....but it surely isn't LIVING A LIE

If he pays zero property tax, I'd like to know where and how. I thought I did well paying only $295.24 this year on my house on 50 acres in WV. Even the Amish have to pay sales tax and property taxes.

He pays property tax, he is working on that problem from what I read.

You can start your own church, like the Church of TB2K. Have the Church own the property and everything else. Have the Church buy everything you need. Pay no sales tax, no property tax, no taxes of any kind.

That church thing sounds great on paper.....

I’ve had far greater results reverting to original jurisdiction American, and living (well, in my opinion :shr: ) without the commercial trappings.

ETA......and I’ve always appreciated the honesty of going it alone, solely on God-given Right.....hiding behind nothing, and no one.

all that one has to do to be just like Sam is to simply OPT OUT of their system. I once considered it - but have NOT done it. I do know 2 others personally who have quite successfully done so. at this point in my life proper planning and spending results in my paying virtually nothing in FED income tax anyway. from my perspective, property taxes are the real issue.

They are.....not to make light of the unconstitutional direct tax on a man’s labors......

There are myriad solid reasons the early congress created the US Land Patent, and gave it the tremendous power that they did......the old adage,
“Give a tax collector an inch, and he’ll take your land and rape your wife”, is one of them.

And, btw.....thank you Raggedy and Ku C, for second and third witness.

If I ever get that write-in presidential spot, you two will be top Cabinet picks !!!

Indeed, but they will always be an issue in the corporate democracy. Woodrow Wilson fvkked all of us when he invited the FedRes into the Republics back 100 years ago......then FDR facilitated the takeover by the bankers when the 20 year lease ran out in 1933 -- "All property is vested into the state".......BAM - Democracy paves the road to totalitarianism/communism.

Letters Patent/Land Patents, as powerful as they are in a Republic, have no bearing in the present day corporate democracy......as do any US Supreme Court rulings made before 1937 because of Erie Railroad v Tompkins, which threw common law out the window in favor of civil law [statutes]. See last paragraph on page 4 for the details

I can't recall the details of Sam politely thumbing his nose at the IRS commissioner 20 years ago......but it may have involved applying the principles of the Brushaber v Union Pacific RR [1916]. You can read all about it HERE......but the "Revocation of Election" detailed in the last paragraph is where the rubber meets the road.
