BITCOIN. love it or hate it, it is still going up.

Bitcoin is valued at $23,008.89 and is floating over the old all time high..

Bitcoin is now up +217.20% for last 12 months

Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

A paid off farm is a beautiful thing until the county decides your farm would make a very nice airport! True story from my Michigan family. Good bye farm.

Or just take your profits to cover your initial position and if your convinced it’s going to continue to go up at that point your playing with the house money and won’t suffer a material loss if the pump turns to dump like it did last time.

Hello! What ALT coins will you be following or purchasing for 2021?

I'm leaning towards Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), and VeChain (VET).

Haven't given up on XRP. I believe that after the SEC lawsuit is settled, it will jump up, again!

Are you closely watching any others?

Thanks for your interest. I have given up on tiny coins, aka shite coins. Still licking my wounds over Veritasium and NEM.
Bitcoin is my long term hold, with a little ETH and LTC... Wild speculation on GMT is my wacky fun to watch play.

Good luck on XRP my brothers and sisters.

Waiting to see if ETH version 2.0 ever happens.

Same as you are thinking.

I think XRP will win and that will be good for all cryptos. Might be time to buy more, actually. Contrarian.

XLM doubled overnight. Up 117% last I checked! Play it smart, people.

XRP doesn't seem to be sinking below $0.22. It may not. I am expecting some platforms to delist before the 19th without warning. That would likely cause a further drop in price.

I have heard very recently ( well I read it ) that many exchanges and investment firms are bailing out of Super Secret Coins in fear of retribution from the US Government. Must not challenge KYC.

I'm very pleased that my XLM (Stellar Lumens) have doubled from their purchase price.

Not being stupid, but love learning about this new asset class.

Mined BTC and LTC when it made sense with CPU and GPU miners.

Currently chugging along at a low rate with XMR and thinking about throwing a Ryzen Threadripper into the equation. For funzies. Also, the area near my workstation stays warm in the winter ...

Being a newby I am still afraid of Monero (XMR). Wasn't it rumored 3 years ago to be used by drug cartels?

Ryzen? Do you mean RYZ (Andryze)? That LOST 85 % and is not carried on any exchages?? Teach me!

Well, XMR. It has its attractiveness for those who prefer some privacy engineered into transactions. Cartels may use XMR; I don't care. But I'm not using it as a long-term store of wealth, more as an interesting exercise in mining using an ASIC-resistant approach. I've been involved with cryptology, blockchain, privacy -- things like that -- for a long time, and mining is a handy way to keep up on developments, fool around with system performance tuning, mess with the miner source code, etc.

Ryzen Threadripper is an AMD CPU more generally used for AI. Basically a high-performance CPU.

Anyone notice that the World Economic Forum is discussing the development of a e-SDR?

(Electronic Special Drawing Rights.) Creating a geopolitically neutral and fair monetary system. (they hope)

Using XRP (Ripple) to accomplish this? (perhaps)

I don't understand a lot of this, but it certainly has my attention.

Doesn't the current "basket" hold the USD, Euro, Yuan, Yen and pound sterling?

Wow! Anyone doing Alt coins right now? Elrond (EGLD) is shooting to the MOON!

And I still believe that XRP will have its moon-shot, some day.

My portfolio has tripled from my original $100 investment, when I first got on board the spring of '19. Never went in thinking I'd make any real profit, was just kinda playing around.

What happens when you turn on the old computer and it's the blue screen of death. It wont reboot and you don't know what to do. Told the wife we could trade the house for 6 of the coins at todays price.

Elon Musk tweeted that Tesla bought about $1.5bn in bitcoin, thus why it's now above $46,000.
There's a thread/forum on Telegram that is sometimes interesting to read (or listen, when there is a live chat going on).
I've never played any coins, but I do congratulate all those who've invest in BTC and others that have risen so much.
