No Vaccine. Vaccine doesn't work after you are infected, and there isn't an ebola vaccine yet, anyway. There are some on the horizon, apparently, one being tested on humans, but not ready yet.
They were treated with ZMAPP.
They do not know if it was the ZMAPP that 'cured' them, or perhaps the better level of care available here in the states, or perhaps a combination of the two. Dr. Brantley had additionally received a whole blood transfusion from a ebola survivor, which could have aided his recovery.
