Has No Life - Lives on TB
Went out to the storage area to get some of the bigger ball jars with the metal catches. I like the new teas enough that making a quart at a time will be okay.
I also found two of the spice top jars that I want to use for keeping our most commonly used spice mixes tucked on the stovetop. I'm tired of melted deformed plastic bottles.
And after looking through the bags... there's going to be a purge. I know that as soon as I do it, I will find a need for some of them. But I'm tired of storing them.
All the canning jars, of any type, will be kept. But the random, non amber, glass stuff is going to go. There are limits to how long I'll keep something on the "in case" I'll need it.
Have the heat pack on because I went put into the unheated garage to cut some more things. I got one more nightshirt cut. And then I took the remainder of that fabric piece and made sure each end waa nice and clean cut. It's a lycra and I'll use the last piece to make another compression "sheet" for son's bed.
Son gave up the nightshirt for cleaning but has made it clear that he wants it back
I'm just back to working on the list. I'm hoping to finish one nighshirt this weekend. And get at least one more cut. Maybe two. There's a possibility for a third but it might be a really tight fit for the pattern. So I'll test that on a day where that's all I'm focused on. Because I don't want to get partway through amd discover there's not enough fabric.
The food storage trays for friend arrive in a week and a half. Then I'll start making easy heat meals to tuck in his freezer. And probably grab some of the family pck meals from Sam's Club and break them down for him.
