Another week snuck up on me, darn it! Was busy with the grandsons today and yesterday; and just now got back from taking them home. I've not picked up my Sunday papers from co-worker Buddy as yet, so don't know if there are any bargains available at the drug stores and chain grocery yet or not; but I did stop by CVS and scan my card while I was in town just in case - forgot to grab an ad on my way out the door

I need to take a little time tomorrow to do some rearranging in the big storeroom down stairs - rotate some items due to recent purchases, etc... and get the rest of the recently canned meat rotated into storage. I need to fix up some grub for work lunches on Tuesday & Wednesday - probably chicken Alfredo with broccoli and baked steak with loaded baked potatoes, plus some lemon or chocolate pudding - Hubby has been eating egg white omelets for breakfast lately so I've been using up the yolks in puddings; I'm also dumping some Nido powder in when I make chocolate pudding to bump up the protein a bit - can't do soy.

If I run out of other things to do, I need to move younger grandson's cold weather clothing from his closet to a donate box, older grandson's cold weather clothing to younger grandson's closet, and dig out the next size larger storage tub of winter clothes for older grandson - I swear both boys clothes fit 'em two weekends ago when they were here, but the bottoms of the britches are up above their ankles and the shirt sleeves are creeping up toward their elbows! I didn't think to take a look at their shoes, but probably should have...

Take care all; have a blessed week!

I haven't done much in the way of preps. I did buy some onion sets and spinach seeds. I have lettuce already. I mainly wondered if others were seeing empty holes at the grocery? I see more all the time. And our friend that works the meat counter here said they could not get Smart Chicken wings for the super bowl. They are getting in a few bags of Paul Paziza frozen shrimp after being out for 3 months. They used to never run out. It is the only brand I will buy. It is USA wild caught. Also, does no US farms go tomatoes in winter? All I find are from Mexico. I did find some from Canada at Kroger last winter. I haven't been to Kroger to check in the last couple months.

hard to believe it's spring seed buying time already - pizzed yesterday to find Menards had their 10c a pack seed sale without their usual big ad - the rack was all picked over ...

too early for CA Imperial Valley or FL tomatoes >>> everything US is hothouse grown during the winter .....
