Dosage is something I'm still trying to find solid info on... some research I did several years ago seems to indicate that you get about 50 mgs resveratrol in 1 cc of tincture, when made according to the above ratio. However, I can't find any *official* confirmation of that. We take 1-2 cc's in juice 2-3 times a day when anyone has flulike symptoms...
