What is the punishment for violating an oath of public office? Is it jail time? A fine? Removal from office?
Pretty much all public elected officials take some sort of "Oath of Office".
Soooooo what is the result of violation of that oath? All the leading demon-O-craps are constantly calling for an end to or removal of the Second Amendment of the Constitution....and yet they SWORE and OATH to protect and defend the Constitution. Politicians like senators and representatives take this oath, governors, judges, law enforcement, military, etc., etc., etc., so what are the ramifications for VIOLATORS of an oath of office?
Shouldn't it be immediate REMOVAL from those positions of responsibility and representation? For example: the governor and all political representatives in the state of Virginia that recently passed a bill in DIRECT VIOLATION and conflict with the Second Amendment of the Constitution, shouldn't they be fired, sacked, kicked out of office? Handed their PINK SLIPS and escorted out of the state capital and a new general election held to replace them?
No need for a trial. The fact that they voted for such an abomination to freedom and a clear VIOLATION of the their oath to PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION. Nothing more needs to be said. Other than BYE-BYE! (and never to be seen again in ANY public office)
