that is an EVIL nutter butter.

that kind of thing ticks me off to NO END. and i'm talking about the dog leash. i hate that too. so much i hate that. but he has her on camera telling him she is going to lie to the police about him to get him in trouble as she chokes her dog. her phone call to the police was very knife in the shower.

i love how he was so calm and didn't back down, and the second she puts the leash back on, he says thank you and stops filming lol

I have a feeling her life has been changed forever. I am glad.

What I'd like to do? See post #29. Although Post #32 is a close second. She doesn't need a dog.

I'm really conflicted. Part of me wants to feel sorry for the woman, but part of me, knowing the area, wonders if this is just karma being served to a "proud Latina" who thinks she can skirt the rules simply because she's a proud Latina.

Not like we've never seen THAT before...right?

I'm not conflicted one bit - 110% of me feels sorry for her poor dog that its forced to live with this TWUNT - the other 110% of me wants to bitch slap her into next year. . . not becasue she's such a TWUNT but becasue of what the poor dog is being subjected to . . . all so she can feel so very special - threatened AND entitled - all in one fell swoop  :fgr:  :fgr:

What I find as equally disturbing as the mask wearing/not wearing in this video, is the language.
I'm no prude, but why all the filth, especially out of the mouths of women!
Disgusting!

agreed AND on the increase . . . what we've become is a sad freakin state of affairs

It's not the mask or the store , it goes way deeper and further back than the last two months IMO.
With 9/11 the country came together somewhat, this time the issue just magnified the polarization, that now overshadows all, there is no coming together at this point.

This was designed. Since the political elite could not force a sea change in this country that they wanted, they are handing it over to all the wittle dicktators among the citizenry. Yes, it has indeed swept up many of those that normally have more commonsense but it has also caused some to hop to the other side of the fence than was expected ... stiffened their spine, caused them to self-educate and broaden their knowledge based, etc. It has also made a lot of people realize that some of their idols have clay feet.

They'll keep trying when this doesn't work. They'll keep failing to catch us all in their nets.

And now she doesn't have it. I read about this earlier today, and she ended up returning the dog to a rescue organization.

GREAT NEWS for the poor dog - so many rescues have been mistreated or lost their forever home becasue their human got sick and could no longer care for them or passed. its a very difficult thing to see when an animal is mistreated or considered "disposable" because its' become "INCONVENIENT". one thing I've come to recognize ia that the only thing our dogs really ever want - is JUST TO BE WITH US . . . praying that this poor dog be placed with a loving caring human.

I agree with that statement - and the polarization is growing deeper and wider by the nano second . . . me thinks a "second sun" will be appearing on the social/cultural horizon in 5 . . . 4 . . . 3 . . . 2 . . .

we are being trained to attack thode who do not comply, whether its social a distancing, masks, quarantining, 'hoarding', snitching on people--we are being conditioned to go after people not complying with the status quo.

too many people are not thinking, they are just reacting. and this tactic will be used against the people who refuse their magikal billy bob gates vaccine. that is what this is leading to.
And people wonder how in the hell Adolph was able to get the German people to follow him off the cliff.

Woman placed on leave from work after viral Central Park video
By Kenneth Garger
2-3 minutes

The investment company that employs a white woman who went viral after calling the cops on a black man in Central Park on Monday has placed her on administrative leave.

“We take these matters very seriously, and we do not condone racism of any kind,” read a statement from Franklin Templeton.

“While we are in the process of investigating the situation, the employee involved has been put on administrative leave.”

The woman in the video was identified in reports as Amy Cooper. A screenshot of her LinkedIn account that was shared on Twitter identified her as the head of insurance investment solutions at Franklin Templeton.

Cooper later apologized for the incident in a phone interview with NBC New York.

“I sincerely and humbly apologize to everyone, especially to that man, his family,” she told the network. “It was unacceptable and I humbly and fully apologize to everyone who’s seen that video, everyone that’s been offended … everyone who thinks of me in a lower light and I understand why they do.”

The man who could be heard in the video, Christian Cooper, said he asked Amy to put the dog on a leash, and when she didn’t, he offered the pooch a treat.

“The only way they can keep the dog from eating the treat is to put it on a leash,” he told NBC. “At some point, she decided, ‘I’m gonna play the race card,’ I guess.”

Amy told the network she felt threatened because she didn’t know what the dog treats were made of.

Social media users also accused Amy of animal cruelty, as she was seen in the video grabbing and dragging the struggling dog by a neck harness.

Later Monday, Amy had allegedly returned her adopted pooch to a local animal shelter.

“As of this evening, the owner has voluntarily surrendered the dog in question to our rescue while this matter is being addressed,” Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue said in a statement.

“The dog is now in our rescue’s care and he is safe and in good health,” the group said.

The shelter also did not publicly identify the woman or link her to the Central Park incident. A request for comment from the group wasn’t immediately returned.

Amy Cooper did not return phone calls from The Post.

Hopefully it changes her life forever but Franklin Templton will determine if they’ll make more or less money by firing her, will it just be swept under the rug?

I said a month ago, "The masks are not a sign of cooperation but of submission." I don't wear them, ever. If the store won't let me in I say, "I'll find someone who wants my money if you don't want to take it." Then I turn and walk out. eff 'em.

I am not submitting to anyone when/if I choose to wear a mask. I am reacting to a situation or environment based on my research on the subject - the science - and my personal interpretation of said research.

Do you wear a seatbelt? Do you drive 100 mph in a school zone?

I just don't understand our need to put everything at polar opposition.

If I choose to wear a mask and gloves when I go grocery shopping, maybe... Just maybe... It is because I see EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the produce section fingering EVERY SINGLE item before making a choice. Maybe, I have a son at home who may have a weak immune system, who I would feel extreme guilt in bringing the virus home to. MAYBE, I am not just thinking about myself and have reasons for making a personal decision that do not fall on the "I am a government/media controlled stooge" continuum?

That said, I do not believe in forcing my choices on others. I wear protection to protect myself and those I care about... I do not see how the actions of the OP video are defensible. Especially, the idiot who pulled down his mask so he could shout louder. Did any one of them offer this lady a mask? Maybe, she didn't have one... Did the store provide any? Did anyone offer to help her shop or to make purchases for her? There were a lot of ways to diffuse the situation without demeaning the lady.

Society has broken down.

But you will hold that electronic radiating device up to your brain, which is proven to cause brain tumors, and kills more people daily, monthly, yearly than any virus?

Here's a new version, this time from the UK

its a very tired nurse stopping to pick up a few items after her shift work is done

and a helpful *Karen* is demanding a store manager because she is wearing 'germ ridden scrubs' in the grocery store

we have all seen nurses and techs who stop to grab a few items on their way home
still in work uniforms for decades, never had a second thought about it before I saw this.

I don't like pressure to submit to mask enforcement either, it limits my breathing with pre existing condition. Yet, grocery stores are like a crossroads, like a subway platform in a busy city full of germ vectors. The amount of surface area that has to be cleaned is daunting.

Not to mention, many healthcare workers either are front desk/clerical types who never to practically never are in hands-on medical situations, or have changed clothes (showered, too, I hope) a time after nasty stuff.
