Our new guy Seymour (Lab/Hound mix) does this too but he howls, he's 70 lbs, and our house is a lot smaller lol .

4 of them over the years; want another one. Smart, loving, funny, active little clowns. And yep, I shoveled very deep snow many a winter to give them some paths for their back yard duty because the snow would pile up many feet over their heads. They always took care of business way under the huge spruces so I had very little trouble with the big spring clean-up - plus, the yard stayed nice and clean.

Funniest thing ever when they watched the float planes that flew over our house, and ran after them. Always wondered what they planned to do if they caught one, lol.

eta: I grew upon a farm and have lived in Alaska almost my whole life. MANY many dogs all my life... large and small. Pugs are just dear little guys ~

Aren't they just the greatest little dogs? Izzy is our 3rd. Feisty little sh!t, but can be very loving too. Sits on my lap every night.

Our Maltipoo doesn't go in circles but he gets just as excited to go for a ride in the car. If he thinks we are not moving fast enough, he gets behind us and pushes on the back of our knees.
