Operation Northwoods: A Glimpse into The Deep State Operations
Introduction Operation Northwoods: A Glimpse into The Deep State Operations Some of you may or may not have heard of this Operation, but back in the heat of the Cold War and around the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis, our illustrious leaders lurking in the shadows of what is now known as the...

The Plan
Operation Northwoods was a proposed plan developed by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) in lock-step with the CIA and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) in 1962. The operation called for a series of covert and overt actions to create a pretext for military intervention in Cuba. These actions included staging false flag operations, such as simulated or actual acts of sabotage and terrorism against US military and civilian targets - INSIDE THE UNITED STATES. The planners contemplated sinking boats of Cuban refugees, hijacking planes, bombing American cities, and even causing U.S. military casualties. The objective was to fabricate a sense of threat emanating from Cuba, thereby justifying an invasion to overthrow Castro.
Revelation and Rejection
The existence of Operation Northwoods was not widely known until the 1990s when the document detailing the plan was declassified. The plan itself never progressed beyond the proposal stage. President John F. Kennedy and his administration rejected the Operation Northwoods proposals, choosing not to pursue any of the suggested actions. The rejection of Operation Northwoods is often cited as evidence of Kennedy's caution and restraint in the face of military pressure, a decision that stands in contrast to the more aggressive strategies advocated by some of his military advisors.
The very notion that officials at the highest levels of the American government considered staging acts of terrorism against their own citizens to manipulate public opinion and justify military action is deeply unsettling. Now, I know many of you are probably noodling the idea around 9/11 and the fact that we used the attacks on that day to justify going to war against Iraq and Afghanistan, much like the scenarios listed above.
Knowing now what we know about Bush Sr., his involvement with the Skull and Crossbones as well as his plan for a New World Order. Not to mention his role as the Director of the CIA (1976-1977) and the fact his son was the current President of the United States at the time of the 9/11 attacks, one can quickly assess that this notion is not so far outside of something they would indeed orchestrate.
Legacy
The revelation of Operation Northwoods has had a lasting impact on public perception of the military and intelligence communities. It has fueled conspiracy theories and skepticism about government narratives and intentions, contributing to a climate of distrust. At the same time, the operation's exposure has underscored the value of transparency, accountability, and the need for rigorous ethical standards in the conduct of national security affairs. Something that is all but gone with our current government.
Conclusion
Operation Northwoods is a stark reminder of a turbulent period in American history, reflecting the extreme strategies contemplated in the name of national security. If one thinks that the shadow government known as the Deep State doesn't already have a similar plan sitting on the desk of our now President Biden who is clearly a Deep State puppet, then you haven't been paying close attention to their concerns about return the of President Trump. Don't think for a second that all option aren't on the table.
