I am using hydroponic salts, broken down in water and then sprayed each day on my vegetables.
Everything is doing great.
You could say I am misting everything. Just using a very cheap sprayer. Have more expensive units however but not using them yet. It hardly cost anything to spray each day.
I like using rock-phosphate on the soil also as it is slow release and has silica in it. The hydroponic mix does not have silica in it. Silica is needed for fungus protection.
