(a) It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless—
(1)
the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)
aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)
voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)
Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c) Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1)
each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)
the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)
the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.

The see-saw mind game has been utilized to capture a nations collective focus. Red Team Blue Team Political Agendas. Look at Kongress. One BIG Purple collective for personal empowerment while creating FUBAR for The Republic.
In the mid-90’s when I was attending conservative political meetings, the most difficult point I would attempt to get across to people was the collusion and role playing between controlled OPFOR in the Democrat, and Republicans venues.
Even hot-topic constitutional freedoms, dear to heart, and hearth, was being compromised by the controlled opposition organs like the NRA.
My attempts to point this out on various issues was met with actionable incompetence. You provide the data, the trend, the complicit, and all the facts, but the ‘groomed-group’ refuses to confront the agenda drivers.
I understand what it takes to motivate sleep walkers. A metaphorical good swift right hand open palm slap across the face. The ‘shock & awe’ of their security in society, nation, way of life needs to feel it to the core.
4-Years of endured thievery of the highest office in the nation from Federal, State, and County ‘Law of The Land’ treason run amok, to include ‘Act of War’ where foreign servers on foreign soil participated.
How far has this Great Awakening been felt?
Gen-Z put down their purple Pom-Pom’s for UKE. They’re terrified of what fate awaits them in that conflict.
Everyone with a wallet in a JIT existence has noticed the economic python squeezing on their budget, even for basics.
My wife’s nephew, a former Purple Crusader of Z-Gen, has abandoned his proggie stance to climb on The Trump Train. It wasn’t his purple coalition that abandoned him. He had the privilege of witnessing the $#!+ show since January 2021.
He’s done with the progressive programming. He’s a bright college kid, but he was bottle-fed and immersed in color coded social politics of the progressives. Now that he has been introduced with fiscal responsibilities expected of a young 20-something, the BIG-BOY-WALTZ of Life is ON!
Most young programmed five-sense’ers are just like him. S L O W to give up the illusion, political rhetoric, and societal purple badges of compliance.
Hence The Four Years of The Great Awakening.
