I am sure people will be able to pay their payroll taxes if they choose (have the funds). One would assume that the only people to choose deferral are those who have been devastated by the evil machinations of the democarps in their no holds barred quest for power aka control of the executive branch.

Yes, and they are typically withheld weekly from peoples paycheck - not building up so that you owe it all later. What good does that do, to have to save to pay it anyway?

Well if people only work part of this year due to the virus, it is likely they would owe very little in taxes, maybe nothing. Better to have all your money right away so you can use it instead of the government using it. I do hope people realize that come next April they will need savings to pay their taxes(if they owe any).
