Epidemic Treatment dosages for Covid?

There seems to be two strong candidates for successful threatment of WuFLU. Does anyone know the proper treatment dosages for the following?

Treatment #1"
Hydroxychloroquine:
Azithromycin:
Zinc:

Treatment #2:
Ivermectin:
Doxycycline:
Zinc:

What form: tablet, capsule, liquid, injection?
What dose: milligrams, micro-grams, milligram/kilogram, etc.,
What frequency: once a day, twice a day, etc., every "X" number of hours, etc.

And source would be nice also.

ivermectin, I think the ivermectin is better, though in some of the studies, both treatment and placebo groups were on HCQ, (it was standard of care), so the study results may actually only to the combination of both.
