First observation:
I've always thought Trump had a terrible makeup artist or it is a private joke with him, so he lets them do it so I'm not worried about going from bronze to orange or purple - his ears and neck are not that color, it is stage make up. A kind press would dim it, a hateful one would intentionally bring it out, enough said.
Second Observation:
He's had a major threat to himself personally and given the world situation right now he may also know of a larger over-all one-he's probably going to a bunker somewhere and/or simply not going make himself a public target.
He has also made it VERY CLEAR that if he does ever "come home in a box" who should receive the full target of an investigation and no matter how many "Warren Commissions" they will never escape the taint and suspicions.
For now, we have to just ride this one out and see what happens...(I also don't totally discount he might have tested positive or a number of other things but they are less likely).
