In order for China to cure its internal problems,
they would need to eliminate 25 percent of their population.
1.4 billion X .25 = 350 million.

Mao killed 30 million in the '60s during the great leap forward.
But that was 60 years ago. They have better technology today.

But somehow, analysts in the West believe China is done.

The bravery of those protesting in China right now face dire and real consequences, surpassing anything that you faced in your recent lifetime.

Nobody was getting electronically contact traced or electronically tracked during COIVD in the USA; yet %100 of Chinese citizens are; and are under penalty of law if they violate it.

Nobody was gets "disappeared" and sent to labor camps here when making a tweet or statement against our government...this literally happens in China everyday where their police have to power to detain and arrest people for "offenses" like this.

Nobody in the USA were forcibly locked in there homes under gunpoint during COVID...yet we see real people being locked in apartments from the outside, where some have starved to death and of course the latest, some burned to death due to a highrise fire.

They may look like parallels to you...but in reality...its not even close.

The Russia/Ukraine incursion should have taught all of us that the staying power and reputation of just about any other country's military is suspect to say the least. Re: China and how they have mislead and bloviated about so much greatness about everything China...I lean on the side of "they're blowing smoke up our asses" re: the real capabilities of the PLA.

History. War has been the last and final attempt of many a major power to control the chaos and maintain power. When that fails, all bets are off, for everyone.
