Thanks for bringing this video to light, my dad died 3 year ago this June. He had been a stunch democrat all his life, I finally was able to show him how bad it was during Obama. He did switch over and voted for President Trump in 2016 and in 2020 and when he died the state notified our election commission that he had passed and that he was not eligible to vote as they had taken him off the voting rolls. She said TN does this every month. But if he had died in another state they would have no way to know! Because some states will not notify, as they have no idea.
So my thoughts are if you have had a loved one die, call and verify, you may have to provide proof of death if you had moved to another state via death certificate and your loved one never re-registered to vote in the new state.
