The only blacks who have the slightest intellectual capability are the “high white” ones.

Not my experience. I'm not defending the OP or the tremendous black-on-white violence, but I have known, and work with many extremely capable, hard-working and "God-fearing" dark-skinned blacks.

It does seem like the normal-distribution for black IQ is lower than whites though (and higher than whites for Asians).

Just trying to be objective in spite of my anger over the reparations crap. It is my understanding that Africans often hold "African-Americans" in low regard for their "attitude". I don't want to be blamed for some crappy white folks like Hitler, Stalin, or the ones that dropped the 2 bombs on Japan even though the war was pretty-much over. Currently kinda-worried about the white and Asian folks currently creating AI; not looking forward to being a "pet" to a computer. Smart and wise are not the same thing.
