CORONA Survived this round

I take high dose D3/K2 to prevent getting flu (all flu is covid). People I know who got it recovered within minutes to hours after taking ivermectin. Research-I posted some info today you might be interested in. Glad you recovered, hope you never have to deal with it again!

So glad you recovered quickly and are on the mend. I dread getting it again...the first time was so horrible. The second round wasn't quite as bad but it's the mark they left that is the worst. I guess that's what I get after feeling so smug about feeling great for my age all those years. I'm hoping I can eventually reverse that trend.

I tested positive for it about a month ago. It just felt like a really, really bad cold and the only reason I tested was that it came on so quickly and with such a vengeance that I was 99.9% sure it wasn't a normal cold. I needed to protect my 91-year-old mom, so I tested. I did nothing other than sleep more and drink more and by the fourth day, I pretty much felt fine. I still followed the isolation guidelines and got a few closets cleaned out, so it wasn't a total loss.

They can overlap. Do you think that less sun exposure in the winter, both from less sunlight hours, lower angle, more clothes, and less time outside, leads to lower D3? That happens during “cold and flu season” What other physical reason defines that season?
Reasonable people, knowing this, will supplement D3, C, zinc. Some who know the value of elderberry will use it as well.

Be careful with this stuff. I had taken it regularly for years. When they put it behind the counter, I had to talk to the Pharmacist to get it. She asked how old I was(44 at the time), and said I should watch my blood pressure.
Holy Hannah, did it go to the moon, like 160/110. And it took a week to come back down. I no longer use it.

Yes. It did same to me last winter.
I can’t take it anymore now.
Dang it :(
