The same way you make chicken or beef stock/broth. You might want different spices, but we use the same few (with one exception) for all our stocks: Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, & Ham. The exception is that we don't add salt for the ham stock, since the ham is already very salty. Specially for the ham we love to use the shank portion the most, but you can do it with any portion. We don't want the stock to have many strong flavors so that we can use it in a bigger variety of dishes. We cook the poultry for about 24 hours, beef for about 48, and the Ham & pork for about 36 hours.

Bonus tip: If you smoke any of your meats and plan to make that same meat flavored stock, save any part of the outside that has the smoke flavor (including the skin) and it makes an amazing smoky broth.

Are you using a crock pot to cook it? That is what I use to make bone broth.

Yes. I’d rather have them delivered to my home. My original order showed shipping cost over 50% of item price. I changed the order for store pickup option, when available. It still might be worth it, but shipping seems to be more costly than typical sources.
Wow that’s high!

Was trying to order some tomato seed the total was about $3.00, could have easily put them is a first class envelope. They wanted $ 10.00 shipping. I went elsewhere.

A few years back, I bought a small jar of coconut oil to cook with for the first time. I had heard so many good benefits of using it. I fried Cary's eggs in it "one" time, and he wanted to know what I had done to his eggs. I told him I used coconut oil. He let me know right quick that he didn't like coconut flavored eggs. I've not used it to cook with, since.
Coconut flavored eggs? :hmm::lol:

Popcorn cooked in coconut oil is fabulous!

Haven't been able to buy the large packs of Wheat Thins at Sam's in nearly a month. We get 2 or 3 and can them.
Oh, just wait. I popped into our store today to buy some Triscuits. I have a couple of the big boxes of Wheat Thins but my hubby had a craving for Triscuits. I needed some milk and bananas anyway, and so I decided to get him a few boxes.

WHOA, did they get small! The boxes were almost miniature! I couldn’t believe it. And not cheap, either. I said something to the store worker who was stacking a bunch of oyster crackers (they had zero saltines, by the way) and the guy said yeah, the Wheat Thins are also going to the smaller packaging, too. They had a case of them in the back. So if you see those big boxes, snatch them up!

Well made a restaurant depot run.
Just got done vac sealing 40 pounds of chicken into 2 and 4 breast packs.
Also 40 pounds of pork loin. I cut 2 of them into 3 pieces about 3+ pounds each. Those will make nice roasts.
I cut another into inch thick chops. Vac sealed those as well. Still got one whole. Haven't decided what I'm going with that.
Chick was 2.15 a pound. The pork was 1.80 per pound at the case qty (46 pounds)

I found some Ghee 18.93 for a 3.5 pound jar. Don't know if that's a great price but I grabbed 2.

5 pounds of cous cous for 8.02
50 pounds of high gluten flour 19.99
50 pounds of sugar 26.42
3 20 pounds bags of Carolina white rice 23.09ea
Case of 24 one lb bags of barley 20.47
Case of 24 one lb bags of lentils 26.23
2 20 pound boxes of Barilla pasta 20.46 ea
2 5lb bags of milk powder $18.42 ea
1 case of 24 cans (the same size carboard container you get at the grocery store) of salt $17.51

6 10 cans of 7/11 tomato sauce (best pizza in NJ all uses this stuff) 26.87
6 various 1 pound containers of spices, most of those were around 6 bucks each.

I love these! They taste as good as frozen and are so convenient to have in the pantry. Boil some water and open the carton and fill up to the line. Close it back up and give it about 10 minutes to rehydrate, then Pan fry in some oil.

They are about the size of a pint carton of half & half. They’re next to the potato flakes and stuffing mix. They’re easy to miss in my store because they just have a single row of them.
Seeing this kept in my mind at Costco today. I saw a display of them on an endcap and they are on sale this month. A flat of eight is $4.99, a price I would expect for at least another week. There were lots of them here in Austin TX.
